Rooms were lovely - very clean and modern. The food was great - we had both breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. The staff were very friendly and it was very dog friendly. We couldn't eat in the restaurant with the dog but it didn't matter since we could book a table in the bar and that worked perfectly.

Quiet bedroom away from noisy areas of pub. Pub was buzzing with good atmosphere following screened England RU match. Staff pleasant and helpful. Easy parking on site. Close to wife’s running event. Room was compact but well equippedand spotless. Good shower and comfortable bed. Reasonable price, delicious breakfast included.

The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise and the dining area was spacious. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast.

Larger room than expected, well appointed. Large bar area with wide range of beers, lagers and good wine selection. Nice varied reasonably priced menu. Good breakfast. They are very dog friendly. Our furry friend even got his own sausage at breakfast!

Arrived at three Property locked and closed Couldn’t raise any one Not a problem really we popped into settle 3 minutes away and looked around and had coffee.

If I really had to find something not to like, it would have to be the noise from the road, but it is to be expected being close to the road into the lake district This is totally out of the control of the landlord and did not distract us from our lovely enjoyable weekend. It's definitely a place to revisit!

Everything about this place is lovely. On arrival, we were greeted by welcoming staff, shown to a clean , comfortable, warm, and welcoming room. Excellent facilities, great spacious shower room with underfloor heating and plenty of clean, fluffy towels. The window looked out to open fields with lovely views. Bar area and restaurant were modern and stylish with plenty of seating. We did book a table and that was a good move as it is extremely popular. The food was amazing, freshly prepared, and served beautifully hot and presented well. Great menu choices and prompt service. Breakfast was excellent, and again, beautifully presented with lots of choice. It is a lovely relaxing place to stay.

The shower wasnt too powerful but wouldn't put me off staying again.

The stay was fabulous, staff couldn't of made us feel any more welcome and the food goodness me absolutely fantastic . Breakfast outstanding and Lamb roast diner one of the best I've ever had. Thank you for making our stay a great one!

There wasn't anything to dislike!

We stayed here last year, couldn't fault it then, can't fault it now. Maintaining high standards, the consistency indicates a well run establishment. Great food, especially breakfast which on one day my weird combo was accommodated with no fuss. Quiet, comfy, warm rooms, spotlessly clean, great customer service over the road from the train station with a bus service that pulls up outside the pub for a 3/4 mins ride into Settle...Superb!

the dinner menu could perhaps have a few plainer type meals like fish/chips/ scampi pie alongside the existing meals that are a bit more exotic this is not a criticism just a suggestion

we liked everything food was excellent dog very welcome room love ly. superb shower lots of walks from the hotel dog loved paddling i n the river just across the road from the hotel andalthough very close to the a65 room was very quiet we are definately going back many places to v isit nearb y ideal base for settle 3 peaks etc plenty of parking in the hotel grounds wifi brilliant
