A bit noisy but it is located on a busy junction so that wasn't too surprising.

The reception was tiny & a bit untidy, and the pink leather seats in the breakfast room were really dirty. The staircase to the rooms were generally tired & could do with a refresh.

Location great, we had booked a meal close by. Bedding was excellent and bed super comfortable. Very clean room.

Musty smell in room, bathroom floor needed a bit of work but did not affect our stay.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The duvet and pillows were beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and staff in restaurant so friendly.

No on-site parking - had to feed meter at car park which was nearby; including need to get up and pay from 8.00; having parked for free from midnight. Unfortunately, my wife left her costume jewellery behind in room.

Location excellent for restaurants and bars in centre of Ilkley. Room and breakfast both fully met our expectations.

It was noisy in the room. We couldn’t sleep for noise from other rooms - and annoyingly we also got the room above the kitchen (we assume!) which left us with a really loud fan noise coming through the floor til about midnight.

There was nothing not to like.

We booked a double room, which was fairly small, although perfect for our one night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was really good. The furnishings in our room were simple but fine for what we needed. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent and good value and the breakfast was superb. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ilkley.

Lovely old building with history, nice bar and lovely french restaurant all in the same building. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Ilkley.

Ideally situated in the middle of Ilkley but quiet enough on the evening. The room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was tasty and filling. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Leaking shower, one of the TVs didn’t work properly. No front of house to ask or welcome us on arrival although queries were answered once we found someone to ask in the restaurant.

Convenient for accessing the town and the station. Parking was great and the breakfast was delicious. The suite was spacious and warm.

Stains on the furniture, such as the desk and the bathroom mirror. Very disturbed night due to room being directly after entrance to corridor, even staff didn’t take care to close the door quietly. Would only stay again if could have a room much further away.

Rooms looking a bit tired, could do with a lick of paint and new carpets. Bed was too soft, not good for someone with a bad back, but it’s all personal preference!
