There are no facilities in the hotel for evening meals. However, this did not prove to be a problem as there is a choice of many good restaurants/takeaways in the centre which is only a few minutes walk away

Very welcoming. Very clean throughout the premises - had a fresh feel to the place. My room was very comfortable and had recently been redecorated to a high standard. Good choice of drinks and biscuits on the TCMF tray and all mugs and glasses in hygienic wrap. The breakfast was served at your table, which made such a pleasant change from the usual buffet style. There is a bar which is open in the evenings. On-site parking available, if you request/book in advance - excellent.

Lovely fresh open feel to the hotel. Very large bed and TV room was big but cozy. The bar down stairs was nice to spend time in and chat with other guests and staff

There was nothing to not like.

on arrival it was clear the property was maintained to a high standard. The decor was beautiful, decorated in calm ‘sea-side’ feel colours. Our room was very much the same, very clean and well presented. We will be back and are looking forward to it already.

The room itself was a bit stuffy.

I liked being on the ground floor and having a king size bed to myself! I also appreciated having breakfast in my room on the final morning. I loved the fact that it was only five minutes' walk to the sea.

Astonishing value for money, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Charming hotel in a charming area of Exmouth, not far from the marina. My room charged at a single rate was in fact a comfortable double, very nicely appointed. Everything about the room is plentiful including the tea coffee and biscuits as well as the bathroom materials. Breakfast was available in the spacious and well appointed lounge. Reception service is excellent too, the staff members I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Cannot speak highly enough of the Dolphin.

Everything! Clean, modern, and very welcoming!

Room 11 is spacious, modern and very cosy. The little touches make it:dressing gowns, tea, biscuits, fresh towels, complimentary shower gel and mini soap. We also liked that once checked in you are not harassed and can freely access and leave the hotel. Great that you can also pre book your parking with the hotel. Friendly staff and no overpowering or driven by sales! Breakfast is available onsite at an additional cost. Overall a fantastic stay as beach and shops are within walking distance!
