Enjoyed my stay here. Greeted by Sam who was super-friendly and helpful. Quiet, clean room and nice food. Good breakfast and plenty of parking space. I felt I wanted to stay longer and plan to return again. Thanks to all in team FBI!

Breakfast was one price - would have preferred to have been able to just have continental without cooked options etc but nothing was too much trouble (particularly as we had not booked for breakfast).

Lovely friendly pub with accommodation just what we were looking for. I had not booked an adjoining room but this was offered which was perfect for us (mother and daughter). Food was really good and a nice choice of wines and drinks. Able to book a table in advance online at a time to suit. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. You are able to sit outside your room (in a private shared courtyard) if only the weather had been better. Located on a fairly quiet road and easy to find via satnav.

I really cannot find anything I didn't like, it was such a lovely quiet room.

The room was just right and the food was delicious, I enjoyed the Sunday dinner and breakfast in the morning.

Nice accommodation next to the pub, which was also a real nice place to eat and drink. The breakfast was really nice, with the finest hash brown known to man! It was excellent value for money and the staff were excellent, very helpful and very friendly. We’ve booked again for next March and can’t wait!

The single bed I slept in had a big dip in the middle and I ended up with backache. Also, the traffic on the main road outside was noisy, at times, throughout the night. The room had a vinyl floor, carpet would have been much better.

A lovely and quaint pub. A good restaurant with an interesting menu and a good drinks selection.

I didn’t dislike anything. Only minor comment was the shower room /toilet floor got a little slippery with condensation from the shower.

Have been there before just visiting the pub. Hadn’t previously realised it was somewhere to stay. Accommodation was clean and had everything required. The pub food is award winning and proved to be again. Breakfast was extra but, I thought, good value. Was set up for a long day very well. All the staff were very friendly to me and to my canine companion. Thank you.

Only gripe was the minimal noise insulation between my room and the next, where there was a (locked) connecting door. I had to put in ear plugs when trying to get to sleep because my neighbour had their TV on and it was disappointingly easy to hear. Other than that, great!

My en-suite room in the annex behind the pub was comfortable, the staff in the pub were welcoming and lovely and the food was great!

There was nothing really that we didn't like although if you are walking back to the Inn in the evening, we'd recommend torches. The roads are very dark at that time of night and its a 60mph road.

We stayed here for a few nights following a wedding and had a brilliant time! The rooms were cozy and clean (thank you housekeeping staff) and the pub staff were all so helpful and friendly - especially Jackie the breakfast lady! The pub food is excellent and we loved breakfast. I will definitely be recommending to friends!

Breakfast was great. We were able to re-charge our electric car, which was a real bonus. Room was cosy and we could get Netflix on the television which was a nice surprise.

The room did not have a lot of room around the beds. Dog friendly room but not really enough room to put dog bed.

I like having the room away from the pub. If you are eating at the pub the food was lovely. Able to bring dog into room and pub.
