My mattress had a few springs. Maybe time to replace it.

The owners have a great amount of pride in their home and they should because it's stunning. They went above and beyond for our comfort and I was grateful to have met them. At the end of a long day, I found myself quietly sitting in the fireplace room of a 350 year old farmhouse sipping my dram of whisky provided by my host. I enjoyed meeting the others who were staying here as well. What a grand place! And the attention to detail for the breakfast served with china and silverware was outstanding!!!

The directions could be a little better, but we found it eventually! And one very small thing, I would have appreciated a nice quality tea in the bedroom - but then I'm fussy about tea!!

The property is lovely. It feels homely but is very well appointed to suit the character of the building and make the stay comfortable with good quality fittings and furniture. The location is beautiful and remote. I had a lovely walk first thing followed by breakfast which was delicious and beautifully presented. We were made to feel very welcome. What more could you want!

A beautiful traditional house in lovely hillside location. A downstairs sitting room and library for guests to use and beautiful dining room. En-suite bedroom was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and Theresa was the perfect host.

A wonderful place to stay. The B&B ist beautiful, the rooms are great and perfectly equipped. The official dining room and library could be used and it is a real wonderful atmosphere to sit here and enjoy an excellent Whisky at the end of the day 😀. We enjoyed our stay so much and will certainly come back to and recommend this place. Thank y!

Charming home. Warm, informal welcome on arrival. Shown around the ground floor, including two comfortable sitting rooms. Courtesy decanter of malt whiskey available for personal use at close of the evening (night-cap). Bedrooms were on the first floor. Very fresh, clean presentation, including en-suite bath/ shower. Provided with breakfast choices and times of serving. Fresh, cooked breakfast served time at personal specified time. Continental first course breakfast also available. Beautiful location in the heart of Perthshire. A must to visit.

The Farmhouse had a wow factor from the outside which continued indoors. Our host Theresa was lovely and so attentive and friendly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms very clean and had everything that was needed. We had had the use of the library and living room which were beautiful decorated yet homely. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of cold and hot options and cooked to perfection by our host. The location was beautiful nestled in a woodland area with plenty of places to walk yet just a 20 minute drive from the bustling town of Dunkeld. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A beautiful property with Theresa a lovely host. We had had a long day of driving and Theresa kindly put together a tasty charcuterie board for our dinner which we enjoyed in the comfortable living room. Breakfast in the dining room was equally good. Comfy bed, good shower, everything nicely appointed and impeccably clean.

A very hospitable and warm welcome from Teresa. The accommodation is very comfortable and beautifully presented, and the bedroom was spacious with thoughtful touches including teacakes and bottled water. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
