Was lovely location although a long drive from anywhere. Wasn't en suite so bathroom was in corridor again exceptionally big with bath and walking shower but in room next to bedroom

Everything was great. Slight note: wobbly bathroom tap. Shower didn’t turn on as you’d expect but when I put sink tap on shower came on, might be worth mentioning or looking at this.

Mike was very welcoming and a brilliant host. A home away from home feel. Breakfast was lovely.

This is so nice to be able to stay in a farmhouse. The host was ever so nice and helpful. The bedroom and the bathroom are big. It was very close to where I worked. The breakfast was great. I recommend.

This is a very personal and minor issue, but because I don't like dogs, I'm quite sensitive to the smell of them, and there was the hint of a smell of dogs in one part of the downstairs area of the building. But really, it was fine. I think it's my heightened sense of smell :)

The property is set in a beautiful location and is a lovely place to stay. I enjoyed being out in the countryside, since so many accommodations are urban. Oh, and there are chickens and roosters in one part of the garden, and horses in the paddocks nearby, which is a soothing bonus if you love being around animals. Mike was friendly and interesting and prepared a lovely breakfast to specifications that guests make the night before. Really lovely stay, thank you <3

The location was great, peaceful. The rooms were large and had a supply of books and a fridge with fresh milk to make a hot drink. Instant hot water. The breakfast room also had a sofa and TV should you not wish to stay in your room, along with a microwave. Plates etc were also available if you wished to order in a Take-away. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had. There was a wide variety of cereals and yoghurts, fresh orange juice, porridge, toast with homemade preserves and a freshly cooked breakfast to order with eggs from the chickens in the garden.

I would have preferred an en - suite bathroom ond no early morning cockerel - only to be expected in a country setting.

My stay was very comfortable. I was helped with my luggage to a very comfortable room. The bathroom was unfortunately not en - suite. The breakfast could be chosen from a varied menu, was well presented and tasty.
