We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNeed to make sure people are aware that it is like a rabbit warren. Not ideal with any infirmity. So where the bedrooms are situated, number of stairs and height of some of the ceilings. Not double glazed so could hear noise from below bar area. Overlooked by rooms above! Found en suite quite tight.
Lovely Hotel very central, walk out and you are in the square in Helmsley. . Enjoyed breakfast and evening meal. Very cosy hotel. Very friendly staff. Lovely room no stinting on the heating comfy bed.

United KingdomI appreciate that our room fronted on to the main square and a busy road but the windows were not double glazed. This meant that there was constant loud traffic noise throughout the night. On top of this from 4.00 on the Friday morning stall holders were setting up for the weekly market. As a result we had very little sleep during our two night stay. If we went again I would ask for a room away from the front of the building.
