We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomYou had to download an app to get access to the property. Was worried there may be a hitch with this but it was fine. The place is amazing, but it was extremely hot and there was no fan, so we didn’t sleep so well.

Stylish decor, super hot tub, spot on facilities and very comfortable stay. So much space. Very close to the railway station for travelling in/out of Durham. Used a mobile app to open doors - the instructions werent clear on what mobile app I needed to download, however when I called for help, the assistance was kind and super efficient.

The apartment was excellent, a good size and in a good location only short walk to the town center.

United KingdomThe steps leading up to property were filthy, we were getting ready for my wedding there and were torn on whether to get in my dress there as the apartment is so beautiful so photos would have been nice however I didn’t want to ruin my dress on the steps. Also, the streaming services didn’t work in apartment TV. There should be reference to the steps outside in the advertisement just for those with mobility issues as there are a lot.
Beautiful decor, great use of space, clean and tidy. Everything you need is there! We didn’t use hot tub but next time I will be sure to utilise that!
