Motel type structure, very accommodating for bicycle storage, went out of their way to get us some food, even though the kitchen had closed.

Only one slight niggle the bed was a bit hard for my liking.

Loved the warm welcome of the pub and the lovely home cooked food. Nice cosy atmosphere and loved playing fetch with the resident dog. Accommodation is seperate from the pub which is great, plenty of parking and good value for money. Great facilities and complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was soooooo good too.

The accommodation was basic, but was clean and had everything we needed. The food in the pub was well executed and at a very decent price. Well done to Peter the chef as I think he is the only chef there cooking!. The staff are lovely, the landlady can come across a bit frosty, but she is in her 80,s (I believe) but is sharp as a tack. Would definitely come back!

The pub was not far from the function we were attending and the main town was in close proximity and easy to drive to.

Nothing really, I had everything I needed, plenty of drawer and cupboard space, a bath, charging points. Only the TV was a bit on the small side.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating of my needs. They were able to put me in the same room as last time on my request, and were also able to adjust to me changing my mind about whether I would have breakfast. The food was really lovely too.

The pub was very old and beautiful, the breakfast was very good, our evening meal was very good too, staff were pleasant. Our room was adequate with a shower, TV, and tea and coffee facilities, towels were also supplied, if I needed to stay in the area again I would stay there again

The wifi was really slow, but the landlord was going to look into it. The water boiled in the kettle was undrinkable, but I suspect that was a one-off due to a problem with the kettle (also reported to the landlord).

It's a lovely inn in a really nice location. Plenty of parking, and a nice room in an annex. I arrived much later than expected, and am thankful to the landlord (and the two late-staying locals!) that it wasn't too late to check in. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Shall chalet accomodation...it was very quiet. The local area was quiet...too quiet...we wanted to have a drink and was told everything shut at 10! Had to go back to our room!

The owners of the pub did not come across as friendly.

The self contained rooms (opposite the pub) were good for our visit. The bathroom needs refurbishing but everywhere was very clean. The meals we had in the pub were enjoyable. The young girl working there was lovely.

Just the bathroom is a little chilli when the heating is off and outside is bad weather

The location is semi rural, near a road but traffic is just in the morning and good sound insolation. The room is of a good size and clean, with comfortable beds. The owner is friendly and helped me in every way, also preparing breakfast (full English ) at 8 am for me.
