Beautifully furnished and styled rooms which are mostly cosy in size. Many different areas in which to relax. Breakfast was substantial and imaginative and delicious. The stay was very much about detail and thoughtfulness, lovely staff.

Was given an upgrade to a suite, complimentary fridge with some wine and beer as well as soft drinks. Great roll top bath. Lovely meal in the Artisan restaurant . Excellent service from all staff. Lovely to be greeted on a chilly day with a glass of mulled cider on arrival and some complimentary Welsh cakes and spring water when checking out 👍👍

The whole experience was superb. We have stayed before and on each occasion the quality of the service, food, rooms maintained an excellent level. The breakfast menu is thoughtfully put together and beautifully prepared. I have a number of intolerances and these were all beautifully catered for, the home baked gluten free rolls are simply without compare delicious!

The Grove has a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere, with its mix of panelled reception rooms, open fires, modern conveniences and exceptionally friendly & attentive staff.

A wonderful hotel, rightly deserving of the accolades awarded to it. Friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms and lovely interior spaces. The Fernery restaurant is also well worth the visit.

I was a little confused by service in the reception areas. Since I was with my dog, we would sit in the dog friendly side (left as you enter). Unfortunately, I was never asked if I wanted a drink or a snack and the bar itself was on the no-dogs side. Just a little confusing, but minor for a three night stay.

My ground floor room was really stunning. I'm all of sudden a fan of the right type of conservatory. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast was quality. The dog friendly nature was, of course, critical to a top notch stay and it was in abundance.

Our stay at the Grove Narberth was amazing. We were upgraded to a Cottage Suite which was perfect! We ate at the Artisan Restaurant and the food was outstanding as was the service. All the staff at The Grove were exceptional. We will definitely return.

Didn't find the bed especially comfy.. the sheets were divine, but the pillows and mattress weren't firm enough for us! Was a shame to have the glitch on leaving re payment - meaning we got charged twice.

Food was delicious, and staff were fantastic. A wonderful stay! I'd definitely recommend to everybody!

This hotel is by far the best of everywhere I have travelled; the attention to detail is second to none. It made me feel special over and over again. From the moment they meet us with a tea and biscuits ,with the outstanding decor, traditional and modern at the same time. All guest are met with open arms with traditional Welsh hospitality. It is the best I have seen of any hotels in the world! I would always go back and enjoy this secluded and yet modern hospitality with the best quality of cuisine and accommodation!

Fantastic food - had a cream tea, dinner at Artisan and then breakfast in the morning. All really delicious! Lovely service. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Lounge areas comfortable and room really nice.
