We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The Hotel & The Staff Were Amazing. I Only Wish I New Beforehand That Renovation Was Being Done, As It Was A Little Annoying Hearing Drilling & Pounding In The Morning As I Was Already Trying To Adjust To The Time Frame & Needed More Sleep. Outside Of That It Really Was Amazing..Really Appreciated The Kindness Of The Staff, Especially Those At The Bar / Restaurant Area.

United KingdomThis is not a reflection on the hotel but we used the taxi serviced from Wadden station to the hotel and used one that was recommended by the hotel. They charged us £13 from Wadden station to the hotel and when the hotel rang the taxi company the next day for transport to Wadden station they charged us £7 for the same amount of people and luggage. I think you need to look into what they are charging your customers bearing in mind our destination from the station was to your hotel. The taxi firm was call Station Cars. It was only on our return journey to the station that we realised that they had charged us nearly twice to get from the station to the hotel than what they charge us from the hotel to the station

CanadaThe room was small & and it seemed like everything was cramped. The floors were noisy and couldn't sleep long enough because u could hear vehicles going by early in the morning despite I was on the fourth floor.
I loved the hotel location & atmosphere, the staff were very good & answered all my questions. The breakfast was exceptional to my taste & I will give 100% to have breakfast there again. The bathroom was spacious & had everything I needed.

I get that other people park there that aren’t using the hotel but I think the people using the hotel should get it free and charge everyone else
