Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom was cold and the room blinds were not thick enough to keep out security lights nearby.

Renovations, Being Done At The Time Of My Stay, But It Was Still An Amazing Experience. After The Renovations Are Done I Think It Would Be Even Better. There Isn't Anything To NOT Like At The Hotel.
The Hotel & The Staff Were Amazing. I Only Wish I New Beforehand That Renovation Was Being Done, As It Was A Little Annoying Hearing Drilling & Pounding In The Morning As I Was Already Trying To Adjust To The Time Frame & Needed More Sleep. Outside Of That It Really Was Amazing..Really Appreciated The Kindness Of The Staff, Especially Those At The Bar / Restaurant Area.

We did know there was some refurbishment going on (after we booked we were emailed) so it did feel a bit inbetween - could tell the rooms needed a bit of TLC
Easy access to Selhurst park to watch a football match & then into London and return later.

This is not a reflection on the hotel but we used the taxi serviced from Wadden station to the hotel and used one that was recommended by the hotel. They charged us £13 from Wadden station to the hotel and when the hotel rang the taxi company the next day for transport to Wadden station they charged us £7 for the same amount of people and luggage. I think you need to look into what they are charging your customers bearing in mind our destination from the station was to your hotel. The taxi firm was call Station Cars. It was only on our return journey to the station that we realised that they had charged us nearly twice to get from the station to the hotel than what they charge us from the hotel to the station
Only spent a night but it looks like a very nice place to spend a few days away at

It was very hot in the room. Air conditioning was not working. A member of staff was rude and ignored me when I asked a question about the WiFi.

The room was small & and it seemed like everything was cramped. The floors were noisy and couldn't sleep long enough because u could hear vehicles going by early in the morning despite I was on the fourth floor.
I loved the hotel location & atmosphere, the staff were very good & answered all my questions. The breakfast was exceptional to my taste & I will give 100% to have breakfast there again. The bathroom was spacious & had everything I needed.

Was quite pricey for what it is it was the same price as the Hilton and I don’t think it’s on the same par as the Hilton and paying for parking when it was always free I feels wrong.. I get that other people park there that aren’t using the hotel but I think the people using the hotel should get it free and charge everyone else

I requested for early checking in, it was confirmed, however, upon arrival, I had to wait for nearly 4 hours and eventually had to pay extra for an available room
Location is great and accessible to the centre of my event. AERODROME hotel cleanliness is top notch

Small room with the bed pushed up against the wall. Window overlooked ugly pipes in the middle of the building. Noisy from the air conditioning pipe outside even though the room was not air conditioned!
Really good bath and shower. Nice reception area. Plenty of car parking space. Could walk into Croydon.
