Lovely stay, apartment was fantastic. Location was perfect, two min walk to Gloucester Road and 5 min walk to Knightsbridge stations. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep too.

Although they don't amount to much, there are some quirks. Access to the drawers and safe in the closet is impeded by a piece of heavy furniture. You have to close the kitchen door to use the microwave or oven. The access to the yoga and pilates classes is only via the CatnCow website, separate from the hotel, and I was unable to register after many attempts, so no classes.

The rooms are spacious and functional. The kitchen set up works if one has to eat in to manage a restricted diet. They do supply salt, pepper, tea, instant coffee and little cups of milk. The linens are very good. The 24 hour staff is helpful and friendly. The area in general is lovely and quiet. There is a very good supermarket nearby and excellent transportation by bus and the underground.

The lighting for reading in bed was poor.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the cleanliness and the comfort. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and the whole space was light and bright. The area was quiet yet so close to the train station and restaurants and bars. Just perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

In our particular unit there was no window in the living space. We get that with its location that was why, but a disappointment.

Its location in a lovely area with easy access to the tube. The staff were all exceptional in every way. The one bedroom we had was very nice and the AC was working!!

When we stayed at the Harrington Gardens the air conditioning was not currently working. However, the staff handled the situation well (+ it wasn't too hot when we're visiting, so that didn't bother us that much).

Location of this place is absolutely wonderful: the nearest underground station is just 5 minute walk away. Kitchen was also definitely a plus.
