Beware of parties with very loud techno music taking place in the bar below. They stop at 11 but won't allow you tò watch TV or even read. Avoid if you are not a fan of the genre.

Squeaky flooring, from my room I could hear people walking also talking so not really enough sound proof no other worries though

Nothing to stop a return visit , would probably ask not to be in room 1 as the music in the bar reverberated in the room ! Perhaps swap the sofa bed to the window as it was a lot more comfy than the leatherette couch to sit and look at the view Otherwise would recommend !

Excellent breakfast options , recommend the cooked and the pancakes eaten with a giant set of cutlery 🤣 Staff very helpful and friendly , has a pub attached so was able to sit outside and have a pint Had a room upgrade with Booking . Com so had sky in the room and loads of room

The heating was not very good in my room. Fortunately in addition to the quilt on the bed, I found a blanket in the wardrobe. Apart from the cooked breakfast, I had to take everything (food, drink but also cutlery and crockery) to my table.

The hotel is very conveniently situated, just a short walk from the beach. The room was large and the breakfast area had a great view over the seafront.

This hotel was located in the perfect location and is value for money. The staff were all friendly and the room was spotless and very clean.

Room upgrade was nice however it was under a corridor which meant you heard nearly every footstep as a thud. Also the room was next to the swimming pool pumps/filters so there was a constant hum (made more annoying as I didn't have ear-plugs with me).

Friendly & helpful staff. Upon viewing my allocated room I was greeted by a cold room with a poorly fitting,window making it cold. The room itself wasn't particularly inspiring with tired carpets and decoration. I requested the chance to view another room which was met with a positive "can-do" attitude. The second room was far nicer, warm, spacious and pleasantly decorated. Comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom. Various options for a good breakfast.

We'd been out for the day(all day) on our first day, abd one of our party fancied a nightcap, but was refused entry at around 10.30 although there were others at the bar. Some if whom were not residents, I didn't want or require a drink myself.

The bathroom radiator and the skirting was very dusty. The window could do with being repaired as difficult to shut. Wouldn't stop me staying again or recommending to people. Good value for the money.

The wicker chairs were so comfortable and loved facing the sea. Overall clean. Nice touch of biscuits in the room with the teas and coffees. Very spacious room. Lady who checked me in was welcoming as was the lady on breakfast.

The beds weren't great bit too firm , hair dryer didn't work and I would have had to move the tv if I wanted to dry my hair to use the mirror .Think all the doors need a bit of wd40 as very loud sqeaks

The hotel should be classed as a B@B with a busy entertainment bar. When i checked in, i was told to walk the long way around the corridors to my room as i could not access through the bar to their private function! This was a sunday bar full of normal roundy pub drinkers. Function music i could hear in my room and without shutting the curtains i could see straight into the party. First breakfast i and others sat at the bar tables to eat, no help yourself just served fry up, this was standard definitely not hotel food. i prefered to miss breakfast the next day. Last breakfast a set up of drinks, toast was displayed and pancakes were nice! Sat in the sofa area. Last night - my room had a adjourned door , i woke with the sound of breathing! (next door) then the sound of a TV at 5am. My door i could not double lock as the drop lock was broke. As a lone traveller for work m afraid to say i didn't feel safe at night alone.
