The only downside was the rooms were small-ish, but didn’t affect us as we didn’t spend much time in the rooms, they still had everything you need in the rooms and enough storage space for your things, so wasn’t an issue and the size of the rooms can’t be helped. I was in room 6 and the bathroom had a strong smell of cigarettes, that was the only negative.

Stayed for the weekend with a big group of people. We got a very warm welcoming from the hosts, they were very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, had everything you needed, we didn’t stay in the room much as we had a busy weekend so was just perfect for our purpose. Little touches were great, like cookies and different brands of tea, enough milk and sugar, two big waters in the mini fridge, a mini fan for when the room got too hot, plenty coat hangers in the wardrobe etc. The room was spotless! Bathroom clean! The honesty bar downstairs was fantastic, it was fun pouring your own pints, the lounge was large and felt homely, with board game and tbh he to play. Well worth the money, would most definitely stay again if I go to Blackpool again!

No breakfast at property wasn't really an issue but I can see it being an issue for some travellers. There's an honesty bar which was unusual but it worked out ok.

The location is a 30-second walk from the beach. The hosts were polite and helpful with everything we needed, and the rooms were perfect, clean with en suite. I can't fault it one bit.

Breakfast was optional but on arrival told kitchen was out off order we had to go find Breakfast at a restaurant about 10 minutes away not to good when your in your 71 and 76 and its raining there is a cafe 2 minutes walk but only open weekends but saying this the lovely lady says her husband who is the chef is waiting on an op for his hand cant grip pans etc hope he gets his op soon and wish him all the love in the world the only other thing was we we on top floor too many stairs but we we talking to the wonderful lady says if we book direct on the phone we can book a first floor room if you don't mind not having breakfast we highly recommend this hotel we did stay Thursday to Monday and would definitely return xxx

I was a little disappointed with the heating in our room as it seemed to go on and off a lot. I felt cold most of the time while we was there.🥶 Also we were told that there wasn’t any breakfast. we thought it was included in the price but it wasn’t.

It was a lovely hotel,clean and very quiet. Owners was very friendly and made us very welcome. 🙂

Nothing to dislike at all.

The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of it and great quality. The owners were really flexible too and made it earlier than the stated times to help us get food before going to the dance competition we needed to be at by 9am. Also, the owners were so nice & even joined us late one evening for company when we had a drink in the honesty bar, really nice touch. I would highly recommend this place to anybody reading the review.

Just off the sea front, very friendly owners couldn't do enough to be helpful. I left something behind and they posted it the next day. Just lively people. Breakfast was great value and lovely and fresh.

Located in the north of Blackpool in the quiet area and a top all round hotel. Plenty of street parking, easy access to trams and very good hotel rooms and facilities
