No complaints at all!

From the warm welcome to the perfect view, we never expected to be so happy from a last minute decision to visit our favourite place. The lady who met us was super friendly and couldn't do enough for us, she even went out and bought pancakes so my kids could have them for breakfast. I booked the family room with a sea view and it was stunning, I didn't want to leave the next morning. Breakfast was great value and I loved the fact they had binoculars you could use to have a nose at what was going on outside, we were spying on the surfers. Ideal location for getting to North and South Bay and free parking that was easy to get in and out off is a massive bonus in this area.

Amazing hotel we stayed has a family of 4 and really enjoyed it, really lovely owners and very polite to speak too. I would highly recommend to all our family and friends.

We were on the second floor of the house and my wife has a few mobility problems. However had we asked we would have been moved down and when we return we shall be accommodated on the first floor. All's good.

The breakfast room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. It was presented well and the owner was a very friendly and pleasant lady. There was coffee tea and the makings available at no cost right up until late at night which was great and unexpected. There was a fridge and microwave in the room along with a toaster. The view out the window was across the sea and prom. Nothing not to like and at the price if you complained you would be just plain rude.

Only complaint we have was lack of plug sockets in room, we only had 2, and with having fan on due to hot weather and needing to charge phones was a bit of a struggle. Nothing major to complain about

Owner was really nice and chatty and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The Hotel was worth what we payed for, in an ideal location Sat in the bar and had a drink which was reasonably priced. As there was just us sat in bar owner told us to just help ourself to the tv.

The only slightly annoying niggle was the shower, barely any pressure but I guess that’s common in these guesthouses.

Brilliant location for myself and my daughter for a few days away. Lovely to be on the beach in the north bay but within walking distance to the south bay and town. Lovely family run vibe and they were super helpful about parking on our departure day. Netflix and wifi won over my 13 year old daughter.

Went down for breakfast and was told we didn't order it the day before so couldn't have anything. How do you know the day before what you want to eat the next day. Nothing was said about this when we booked in.

Bathroom a little small but adequate for one nights stay.

Comfortable family room in great location. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our car parked whilst we got breakfast elsewhere as we had booked room only. Fantastic value for money.
