We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bar area is a bit stark & there isn’t enough seating for the number of guests & lots of customers use the bar, etc, as it’s a great location.
The food & service was very good. The staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfy & room, really spacious & great to be able to park at the rest.

United KingdomThe shower cubicle needed a little attention as the bottom of the doors had mold and dirt on them☹️ Such a shame as the rest of the room was very clean. The breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had and our table hadn’t been checked before we sat down as the chairs had crumbs and old cereal left on them which put me off my breakfast.
Location was brilliant for Richmond. Secure parking for £15 per day. All rooms are good with very comfortable beds and pillows. Bar and restaurant on site. Friendly staff.

United KingdomThe room was incredibly cold. There was a small electric heater provided but it didn't seem to take the chill off. Shower could have been bigger and with fittings of a better standard given the quality of the other room facilities. The bathroom basin did not drain properly. As the lead-booker of three rooms, was disappointed to have received a window view of an adjoining flat roof.
Very historic and quite opulent hotel with many interesting features. Welcomed by a hand-written note in the room. Room nicely presented with high quality furnishings and a lovely big comfortable bed. Nice touch to have a coffee pod machine along with a kettle, both with good quality coffee. Breakfast was reasonable but not exceptional.

United KingdomThey do offer parking but for a fee, a 5 min walk up the road and you can park at Nuns parking for £4.50 for the day.
Great place to stay when visiting Richmond. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bar and dining areas are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is exceptional along with the vegan option.

Welcoming checkin , I was a last minute booking, car parking disc was given and explained .went to my single room which was a reasonable size with a very well equipped bathroom with a bath , great towels and toiletries . Ate off the dinner menus, not overly hungry so had two starters , both well presented..the calamari was exceptionally good , I would come back just for calamari .. breakfast was a great way to start my day . The staff were very polite and engaging , my room was super clean as were the public areas. The group certainly deserves its award, I stayed in the Hungerford hotel and was equally delighted with my stay . Looking forward to staying at others within this group. Well done on getting it right !
