Parking was foc but quite a walk from the hotel and not at the property as I had hoped.

Shower could have been more powerful, didn't seem to be much water pressure but that could have been because we were on the top floor.

The owners were very friendly, we slept very well and the breakfast was fantastic.

Family room is small but suppose it would do if your not staying in much. The parking is very small. But I think it was the hosts daughter who helped to direct us out, which we ran over her foot by mistake but she was real lovely! Can't really fault this place if I'm honest.

The location is right near the peashoom park and great if your hitting gigs at the open air theatre. The free Nescafé coffee and biscuits in the hotel.

I did not get much of a view from windows and the tank was very noisy. Not just when I used the bathroom but when other guests did which was sometimes early in morbid late at night.

It was very close to the north bay and the park . I get lost easy so this was very helpful. Bed was comfy and everything was clean . Liked how I co order what I needed each day like water, towels, teabags etc . The bottled water and biscuits were a lovely treat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet would come here again

We were on the top floor and the stairs made my knee ache. Also had to pay extra for breakfast.

Location was very good. Quiet and within a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.

Digital TV reception very bad

Due to covid restrictions staff didn't enter the rooms. If you needed anything for your tea tray or extra towels, water etc you just ticked appropriate box on paper provided put in envelope on your door, and items were left outside your door that evening

Decor needs modernising but had everything we needed.

Hosts were really friendly and breakfast was hot and fulsome. location was excellent for Peasholme Park.

The bedroom was small, not much room to move around. No drawers or shelves to put stuff on. Not much room in En suite either, no shelves and the sink was really small.

The owners were friendly. Lots of hot water and towels if you needed them. Plenty coffee, tea, biscuits, bottles of water when requested. Nice breakfast. Good location.

Got a warm welcome on arrival and also let us check in straight away which was a nice bonus as we were a bit early. Off street parking was good and was a factor of the reason we booked here. Place was kept very clean and the breakfast was lovely. The location was ideal for us as it was out of the way from the main town but not too far for us to walk into.

The property and decoration could be described as tired, but comfortable. My double room was small and the en-suite cramped, but everything you need is there. Owners and staff were pleasant and helpful and the provided breakfast was filling, satisfying and tasty. A ten minute walk takes you into town where anything you want, or need, can be purchased.

Scarborough itself has a plethora of shops, restaurants and pubs, enough for every taste. The beaches are wonderful and the vistas are as good as any British seaside town. It does get very busy on the roads, though, not helped by all the roadworks around town.

There's nothing to dislike.

Excellent value for money. Very warm welcome on arrival. Lovely sized room (bedroom 4), in the perfect location, just a stone throw away from peasholme park and a little further to the beach. Excellent breakfast, all served fresh and piping hot. We had a great couple of days here and would definitely return. Thankyou to the lovely hosts and we hope to see you again in the not too distant future.

Although there was parking it was a case of first come first served. Could easily be blocked in.

The Lincoln was a nice place to stay for our short break. Very friendly with an excellent breakfast to set you up for the day.
