Duvet cover was a little thin and not very comfortable.

Very pleasant staff. Hotel was clean. Restaurant used for breakfast, good variety. Spacious room. Good lighting. Good value for money.

For our last 2 stays checking in has been slow. Would be good if more staff were available at busy times.

The breakfast is always super and the staff were so helpful with my meal requests.

When checking in 😔. When we arrived at our room the room was still being cleaned. Service in bar area could be improved. Two staff behind bar when we went in - we were ignored and both left. They then returned and one just looked at us. Main course arrived and cutlery had not been made available beforehand. He went to get the cutlery and five minutes later we saw the gentleman with our cutlery in his hand tending to another table. Eventually the cutlery came.

Lovely clean room. Food was good both at dinner and breakfast. Large car park.

Would have liked more hot chocolate and biscuits on arrival - only one of each when room booked for 2 people.

Ideal for visit to NEC. X1 bus stops just up the road taking you to B'ham International station which is attached to NEC. Left my car at hotel and saved money on NEC extortionate parking fees. Really nice to come back to a lovely meal and very comfortable bed.

Nothing really, it is quite a big hotel without a lift, but we would stay there again.

The location was good, the entrance was attractive and the staff were lovely.

Main entrance doors. Two doors. One on own not wide enough for wheelchair. Had to try and hold two doors open so wheelchair user could enter One disabled parking out front. Lots out back but then had to travel on narrow roadway to get access to building at front

Check in would be better if it was at 14:00 instead of 15:00, this just gives you that bit of extra time to get settled in and to get ready for your evening plans. I know you can pay an additional amount to enter the room earlier, but I feel that the fee is a bit excessive. Some small areas need a bit of TLC but nothing major.

The hotel was easy to find, well presented and located in a lovely area. The staff were all very friendly and happy, a special thank you to Paige who was working in the Marco Pierre White restaurant. She was professional, very welcoming and friendly. She was very helpful advising us on which bus to catch to the NEC and where to catch it from. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and located on the ground floor. A peaceful and comfortable nights sleep. Easy commute to Birmingham airport, Birmingham station & NEC arena.

Room is a little dated. Issue with keys on both days, while I was tring to get this fixed for the second time someone else came to the reception area with the same issue. Appears to be an ongoing problem

The hairdryer in my room only blew cold air. I asked for it to be changed twice but it wasn’t.

We stayed in a room that was a bit of a walk from the reception and no lift which was ok for us but should be kept in mind if you require a lift. There’s no shops near the hotel to get water, snacks etc.

The rooms were a good size and the bed was comfortable. The place was clean. There was a bus stop outside which was just a couple of stops away from the airport and NEC and it came regularly. The breakfast had all the basics.
