Lovely location with stunning views. Size of the room,

I was unaware of the parking arrangements. Note there are some parking spaces close to the hotel entrance but I arrived late and the available carpark was much lower than the hotel itself so quite a climb up the steps to reach the accommodation. Perhaps I did not read any advice provided and I was fit enough to cope though others may not be so able.

Happy with the whole situation. Food excellent. staff very helpful, courteous and polite. I would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

The tv could only be switched off at the wall, the room allocated would have been small if there had been two adults in there. Decor a little dated.

Good location on the bay front and restaurant is just next door to the hotel for evening meal which isn't too expensive either. Had a room with a bay view what was just lovely. Facilities were clean and breakfast was nice.

The room was a little tired and the bed was pretty bad, needs a new mattress, really saggy, wasn’t a good night sleep.

Both dinner and breakfast were terrific, ample and tasty. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location and parking were great.

It could do with some TLC but it was clean so it didn’t really matter

A lot of space, separate room for my daughter and downstairs lounge area. Staff is very friendly, especially Daniel, who was looking after us with a smile. Nice and relaxed atmosphere, too.

There are not many options for eating in the village but the hotel restaurant was good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was quite spacious and clean. The meal we had there was very good.

We used it as a base for hillwalking so it suited us but if anyone is looking for a busier place I would go to Ullapool instead as Gairloch is very quiet

The food was amazing- we ate there every night. All the staff were great, special mention to Daniel who was amazing 👏

The only very small niggle was the size of our bedroom but as we only used this as a base it didn't detract from our stay at the Millcroft.

Lovely stay at the Millcroft, staff were very friendly and welcoming. The view from our hotel room was fantastic overlooking the loch. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay both of which were of delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay.

Lovely view from our room looking over the loch. Location was at the far end of town near a cafe with great coffee and a short stroll along the seafront to the Myrtle Bank hotel which had a nice outdoor drinks area. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely room with big bay window with a view of the loch and comfortable seating area. Excellent shower. Lovely breakfast.

Noise from bar area outside and load music inside the bar which we heard in our room but it all stopped around midnight and didn't ruin our stay.

Very friendly staff, went above and beyond. Food was fantastic, good selection at dinner and breakfast which was amazing . Location was amazing. Accommodation was good, everything we needed was available. Good comfy sofas. Amazing views, clean new bathroom facilities. Lots of space in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

My poached egg was hard boiled

Bed was comfortable and had a big bathroom. View was outstanding. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Excellent value for money and the evening meal was hot and tasty. Good choices at breakfast.
