The property was in a great city location and had the added bonus of a parking space. The hosts (Helen and Mark) obviously care about providing top notch accommodation as the apartment was scrupulously clean and comfortable. There was even an additional TV in the bedroom! The hosts had also put thought into leaving fresh milk and some snacks which was a nice touch that made it feel homely.

There was nothing to dislike.

The apartment was immaculate, clean, tidy, well furnished and designed. It's location is a 2 minute walk to the start of the city but far enough away to be in a quiet spot. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chester.

Excellent property. Clean, comfy, welcome pack etc. We'd stay again. Great location to be able to walk to town centre and attractions. Car parking space was a bonus and big enough for a 4x4.

If you have mobility issues the 36 steps to the apartment might be an issue but it was no problem for us.

Lovely comfortable apartment within a short walking distance from Chester city center. Helen was really accommodating and we were able to use the parking spot from 11.30am and check in early. We would love to return in the future.

The hosts were very transparent about building work that would be happening and offered to move our stay date to a time more convenient to us. We chose to keep the same dates and put up with a little noise in the morning as we were out of the house each day anyway. The hosts were also clear about the tightness of the car parking spaces, however, I believe this wasn't an issue particular to them as the surrounding residential streets were very narrow anyway so parking was going to be tight in any instance.

- Location is fantastic, 7 minute walk into the middle of town, restaurants on doorstep too - I am a person who thoroughly cleans so I thoroughly check my accommodation and for the first time I can say it was spotless - Amenities were well considered so you had everything you needed and more - Furnishings were gorgeous and cosy - Slept deeply every night- comfy bed, lovely weighty duvet, plump pillows, blinds & curtains blacked everything out - Complimentary treats were an endearing touch - For a person who is naturally cold, the apartment heated up and held heat well - Water pressure across the apartment was great

The only thing I can think of was the sofa in the lounge was not the comfiest for sitting on, but not to the extent that it affected our enjoyment.

The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well laid out. Free inclusive parking was integral to us choosing it. Very convenient for the city centre.

Only downside is if you have any mobility issues as the flat is up 4 flights if stairs.

Perfect location to explore Chester and the support from the hosts (Helen) was amazing. Only a couple of minutes walk from some of the best restaurants in Chester and the central precinct. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and has everything you would need. Also some VERY interesting books to read (I've now bought two of them!.). Overall a wonderful trip. Thank you.
