Michelle & David were the best hosts you could ask for. Extremely affable and kind, making the best out of our stay. We even met Michelle among the crowd at the Rolling Stones concert in the city, so bonus points for being a true rock and roller!

Very clean room, good size and we had free wifi which was great. Also felt very safe and in a fun neighborhood. Public transport was easy although we mainly got cabs. It was also very quiet and the bed was super comfy. The owners were so helpful and friendly.

Another enjoyable stay. Second time we have stayed for family visits to Liverpool. Was able to arrange a ground floor room for my elderly father and also an additional room for my daughter at late notice. David & Michelle are both very helpful and accomadating.

The Old Dairy was the best experience me, my sister and my daughter had in hostel type accomodations! We recommend this place very much! There is tea, coffee, milk in bedrooms and a kettle. Nice in suite bathroom. Clean room and premises.Breakfast has variety that everyone can have something that they like. Michelle and David are the best hosts you could meet! They have a lovely dog my daughter like very much! Thank you for having us and all the best!

Wanted to take a bath but couldn't find a bath plug, wasn't 1 in the sink either. And the pillow cases smelt which makes me wonder if it was clean bedding.

The room was very clean , was pleased to see a mini fridge, and the bed was comfortable.

Did not like the attitude of one of the property owners my young two year old son had hid the keys somewhere as a game and we could not find them we were late checking out I did apologise and offered to pay for some replacement keys I was told quite abruptly no find them and hurry up as you are holding us up getting the room ready eventually after turning out the entire suitcase bins etc we found them i again apologised for being late as did my mother the gentleman was lovely the lady was quite abrupt it may have been because we were quite later in the day arriving at the property we were in the specified time I was travelling from Yorkshire to my sisters wedding and we had one child Throw up all over the car we had to clean them find him so clean clothes as everting was packed in he car it took us a lot time to sort him and we were later arriving the scheduled which we apologised for we left the room in a clean and tidy condition and even remov Our rubbish for them left the cups soaking in the bathroom and made the beds so it would not have taken them long to clean the room it would have been nice if the lady was a little more understanding of our mischious little son and not been so abrupt

No breakfast due to covid, however Morrison's and other cafes nearby. Very friendly staff, nice comfy bed. A typical Liverpool terraced street. there was not anything to dislike even very quiet at night. Thanks guys we will return next time we need to see our boys in Liverpool.

Amazing location for a weekend trip to the races as only a short drive from aintree and the city centre. David and Michelle were very friendly and welcoming (as was Bertie the dog). Would highly recommend.

We just stayed for 3 nights whilst on a birthday weekend away to watch the Grand National. This place is lovely and clean, very comfy beds, breakfast had everything you needed & great access to city centre, but the best bit was Michelle & David, they are fabulous hosts who cannot do enough for you! The banter was on point to, right up our alley! We will definitely be back guys, and thank you so much for making our birthday weekend so special 💙
