We were in the basement and some staff would slam the door next to us late at night and early in the morning. We asked to borrow the vacuum, 10 feet away, to suck air out of our luggage and was told no. When we did ask for the room to be cleaned, they made the bed but that was about it

Room was very cramped with a single and double bed squeezed in. Decorating is in need of updating. Sliding window latch broken didn’t help to keep traffic noise out. Unpleasant pile of cigarette ends on balcony.

Didn’t windows and a tv that didn’t work. Power supply and sockets weren’t in great locations and an extension had to be used which was a trip hazard in the middle of the night. Sheets all over the floors outside the room and various things on each floor when walking to the room at check in didn’t give a great impression. The “family” room was far from spacious.

The property just needed general easy up keep which hasn’t been maintained. The rooms was dirty, the bed and toilet were clean but the walls, window and carpets were very very dirty and mould forming around the window due to poor ventilation

The walls and general surroundings were dirty. The beds and all other washable things were perfectly clean though, the place is just in need of a deep clean. There was street noise.

The mattresses were comfortable, the location is great, check-in and check-out were simple, and reception was helpful. The room had all the facilities listed and they were all working well. The shower worked perfectly.

Our room was right by the staff room so heard people talking and moving around outside our room day and night. Room also overlooked a staff courtyard with people moving around at night. Bed was pretty small. 0 facilities in the hotel.

The mattress was not comfortable as it was not really fitted on the bed, im lying down diagonally last night. The room so narrow seems that we could not move freely and even no wardrobe that we could put our things not on the floor.

On arrival our room was extremely small could only fit one person in, the light was flickering and was told to just use bathroom light which wasn't a suitable suggestion, we were then moved rooms which was fine to be told there was a difference in price as the only room available was at a higher price although it wasn't our fault that our first room wasn't safe with the lighting

The size of the bed was a big large for the small room, and the bathroom was not particulalry well kept.

Met expectations, an affordable bed in an easily reachable and well connected area. Was exactly what we needed for our quick trip to London.

They should clean the window, not just cover it with a curtain. The room was damp. You can hear your neighbor snoring. :)

Good location (if your destination is somewhere around Victoria station), nice and clean surrounding neighborhood, bus stop is literally near the entrance. Friendly staff. Late check-inn.
