We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaI found the restaurant to be a bit overpriced. Also didn’t like that to access the gym/spa you had to walk through the restaurant in your workout gear or alternatively take all your clothing with to change there.
The most accommodating and lovely hotel staff that were able to give me great recommendations for exploring the city. I also loved the complimentary wine hour to mix with other hotel guests. Bed very comfortable and lovely spa facilities.

United StatesThe rooms let a lot of noise in. I could hear loud noises in the middle of the night from people who were leaving pubs. Not the best. Had to play a loud white noise to block it out.
The staff and location were wonderful. 15 minute walk to the castle! Very clean! The shower could be better especially if you take a shower with your significant other.

Kimpton did not disappoint with this hotel. The interior design brings you to a story of an old British book with every detail. My personal highlight is the fully equipped gym (actually there is a separate cardio zone as well). The free minibar, the free-flow bar social hour and daily amenities are what the 5-star standard really stands for. The location is walking distance to everywhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel and room, all very clean and modern. I was only here for one night, however would stay longer to enjoy the hotel and amenities.

United KingdomWe decided not to have breakfast in the hotel as it was very expensive. When we saw our room we were a little disappointed that we had no view and that it looked onto a brick wall but we realised that actually it was very quiet whereas if we had looked out onto the front it might’ve been very noisy as it was graduation week so we were grateful for the peace and quiet .
We loved the hotel and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the concierge went above and beyond to help us . We would definitely return

United KingdomThe breakfast at the main restaurant wasn’t great to be honest. It was a buffet breakfast and, even though we were quite late, they had run out of a lot of things. It’s the only thing I would thought about the property. We went to Baba restaurant whilst we were there which was excellent.
The staff were without exception excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.
