Bathroom needs updating. Floor are very loud. You can hear people above you. Very noisy at night due to this.

Restaurant was too expensive for what we got. We ordered two burgers which came without any sides for £17 each ( only burger) . And the fries were just frozen ones from the bag which cost £4 I don't think worth the money. I think I was unhappy as I was expected for that price to be freshly made. I don't mind to pay for the food if it's quality but I just felt for what it was it was expensive. Left £70 for 2 burgers 2 sides and a glass of wine + tip.

The pool could have been cleaned up a bit had alot of used towels and rubbish everywhere and the jacuzzi had alot of sand on the bottom which needed cleaning out. The balcony which we upgraded too, had only one chair and a tiny table with an ashtray. I don't smoke, and there was two of us staying would have been nice to sit out on the balcony together with a proper table, a few plants would have looked nice too. Wasn't the high end look of a hotel and spa, such a shame.

The food at the restaurant was outstanding highly recommended for anyone who stays there.

Room wasn’t as ordered, tired decor, no one to serve coffee or drinks, no wine in the evening, no flexibility of staff, rude staff who refused to serve despite being under time constraints due to a show. Refusal to serve in restaurant bar despite being empty, noisy while show was taking place. One helpful and lovely bar tender who went above and beyond and did all the work while everyone else did NOTHING!

Pool was very nice until unruly kids arrived.

Breakfast was pretty good, not excellent, but pretty good. Room needs a bit of love and an update for the price we paid.

Some really lovely decor in the hotel. Our room, a junior suite was a bit 'meh' ..... but pretty good. Not worth the money tbh. A little bit overpriced for what we got. But it's nice overall. The dining room and bars are really lovely. It was just the room was a bit sparse, with some very tired furnishings. Badly needed some rugs or carpet. The pool is nice, we pretty much had that to ourselves and the jacuzzi is great! Was just a quick overnight stay.

We had no towels in our room and when we went to get some were told the delivery was late, there were piles of them in the pool area. No bath mat so the floor was slippery. There were also some plastic clips on the floor, so it hadn’t been swept properly. My brother had paid for 2 bottles of Prosecco to be in the rooms on arrival as a surprise for us. Nothing! If he hadn’t asked if we liked our surprise then we would never have got them. The hotel did give us a couple of free drinks each as an apology but it was a shame as the hotel was lovely.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the sea in one direction and shops, bars and restaurants in the other. The spa was fantastic. Everyone could use the pool and sauna but if you had a treatment you had access to a relaxation room too, which was wonderful. Very good breakfast included.

Pool and spa area dated. Changing rooms not lockable and lockers not secure. BUT for the price - what else do you expect. Shower room was tiny. Got a fine through about parking whilst I was there but to be fair hotel sorted it out - although wasn’t nice to receive it through the post.

Room was good, place had a good look and the bar area was good. All areas nice and clean.

Breakfast finishing at 9.30.

The room was fine with a comfortable bed and good drinks and bathroom facilities. The breakfast was really good but, a big criticism, to have it finishing at 9.30 really spoiled our mornings. Even another 30 minutes would have started our day in a more relaxed way. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent with an ample supply of towels. We were able to walk easily into the town and to the cliff top walk. We didn't get to the lower level by the beach.

the room was tiny and the window looked out to a fire escape/roof, there were people walking around, we couldn't leave the window open (for fresh air in the tiny room) for fear of someone or bird coming in

The bedroom decor was tired, I am partially disabled, so had an accessible room. The bathroom sink was tiny, with no hot water, it was a wet room but the water didn’t drain properly, so had to use our towels to stop the water leaking into the bedroom!! There was no blind to the window, which I find embarrassing. Even though the window was frosted, you can still see the silhouette of the person. The bed although comfortable came apart as there was a zip to join the mattresses. So as a disabled person, with a serious spinal issue, this was very painful.

The location was super, lovely inside. THE STAFF WERE AMAZING!!! The swimming pool was lovely, although the jacuzzi didn’t work?

We didn’t know you couldn’t spray hair spray in the bedroom. Only in bathroom as it affected the air-con unit which then made a thing on the wall start bleeping. Was sorted out but had to make several trips down to reception and a few visits from handy guy to sort out the bleep. Lights round the bathroom mirror also didn’t work.

The bed was really comfortable and we slept really well.

I couldn't get the temperat in the bedroom down. Every time.i altered the temp it jumped back to 18 but it felt so much hotter! Also dodgy main light in bedroom. Rang down to reception twice about it and both times someone came straight up. Would have appreciated tissues and body lotion in the room also as I thought this was the norm.
