The hotel is on a fairly busy road so there is traffic noise. We stayed for a family party which was being held at the venue, so there was some noise from the music but I was expecting this.

The property offers great value for money, the staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. Our room was very spacious, clean and very well presented. We stayed for a family party which was being held at the venue so it was very convenient and great for a big group of family and friends.

Problem with the heating. Had to move rooms. Was noisy on Friday and Saturday nights but the web site did warn you.

The window in my room was broken and left open but when I went to close the outside window, the inside window slammed shut on my fingers

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The bed was much too low down for me as i have slight mobility issues and i really struggled to get out of it. The bath was a nice size but the over bath shower meant that i had issues accessing the shower facility also the push plug would not stay up and we had to hold it up to empty water out

The room was a very nice size, given that it was superbowl night it was fairly quiet (I dont expect silence on a major sport event night) Location was superb as we were going to the Bakehouse immediatly across the road. The free parking and also being allowed to leave my car in the car park for free until the next afternoon was wonderful and saved me £10+ in parking charges. Food was really nice if a little on the pricey side but not exorbitingly so. ALL of the staff were excellant very friendly and welcoming

I was sad they ran out of guiness, I will say one thing though becareful with the shower head I didn't realise when I went to shower in the morning that the shower head was facing up and it sprayed everywhere and in my face but I made sure to clean up the water quickly and it was find just becarefull the shower was heaven though.

It was a lovely stay, I stayed overnight on a work course and I can't fault them. It was a great location a 4 minute walk to the mcdonalds were my course was and around the corner from the station. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Sutton again on a leisurely visit. The staff was friendly and the bar was cosy. The food was fantastic aswell

There was only a metal jug with boiling/hot water in to make tea for breakfast. No teapots! Our room overlooked the main road, and because the old windows couldn't be closed at the top we were woken by the traffic noise. A perspect screen kept the cold out!

The room was warm, comfortable and of good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a no frills affair, but adequate.

The window in the first room did not shut so was very cold. We were moved into another room which was lovely- however there was some kind of air conditioning unit right outside the window which was very loud- that combined with the very loud music meant no sleep at all!

The room was modern and very spacious, location was ideal with just a 10 minute walk into the centre. Staff were very friendly and polite and went out their way when we wasn't happy with the first room.

There was a fight outside the nightclub at 1am with lots of screaming and violence which made me very anxious. The police turned up to resolve the situation.

No lift but I'm assuming due to the building lay-out one can't be added.

The receptionist answers all my questions. Offered to help me up the stairs with my bags which I appreciated as there is no lift to the second floor and also brought up an ice bucket and glasses.

Room on 2nd floor with lots of stairs and no lift. Ceiling beam in bedroom is low with a notice to mind your head but managed to hit it several times. Restaurant menu very limited and not good value for money.
