We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe asked to change room after our original one was noisy from the air conditioning/heating/extraction unit for the hotel which was outside the window. The only other room available was a single, so very small for two people but it seemed quieter. However, it proved to be just as noisy and we really didn't sleep at all well as the machinery was on for a great part of the night. We left the hotel quite shattered after three nights. If the machinery cannot be suppressed in any way then the hotel needs better double or triple glazing installed. Also, our bedroom window had frosted glass so there was no outside view and this was rather disappointing (but the reasons was that the view was of the hotel extraction/heating machinery!).
Food was excellent throughout our stay and without fault. Really delicious. The building was very attractive and well maintained and the public areas were very comfortable. Staff were overall very efficient and very professional.

I have stayed there for over 2 months and have an other two months left however every week I ask for specific rooms choice of three and have never been given as requested yet. However the room requested have been given to colleges on the same day. Just take of the request option if you have no intentions of looking at it.
