The only negative thing is the curtain/blind in room 5. There was a big gap between window and blinds so the streetlight and other lights came through the gap onto our bed. Maybe move the blinds closer to the edge or get a new one to cover the whole window. Then it’d definitely be 10/10.

We were supposed to stay elsewhere for a night as my husband was a runner for London Marathon but as we got on a train to London, the room was cancelled unexpectedly so we had to find a room quickly. I found this room online and explained to the staff via email that we’re deaf. When we got there, we couldn’t believe how lovely the staff are and the room was very comfy. The decors overall is stunning! We were very lucky to find the room in an extremely short notice. It was beyond our expectations! We felt secured over the night. We decided to have breakfast downstairs in the pub and it was delicious! Of course, we’d definitely come back whenever we decide to go to London again.

The stench coming from the bathroom was atrocious. There wasn't enough lightening, and the curtains couldn't close. Couldn't make a hot drink as the what ever coffee maker wasn't working. Waited 2 hrs for a kettle didn't turn so went off to buy a hot drink Did get a kettle after

Great location, 2 mins walk to Hither Green train station which enabled easy access to central London. Friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, fabulous shower. It's a surprisingly quiet location; very little road traffic.

Lovely quiet area of London if you're looking to stay further out. Beautiful decor throughout hotel & rooms very clean & comfortable. Loved all the beauty products in the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with locally sourced produce.

The stairs were steep and there should have been 2 handrails. There was no hairdryer. The servers at breakfast were inexperienced.

Just the problem with the hot water on the morning of departure

Great service from the team, evening meal was really good. Room was very nice with good selection of hot drinks. . We had a problem with no hot water in the room, which although they couldn't fix whilst we were there, the team reduced our bill as an offer of compensation and were really apologetic

The bathroom fan was either not working or not sufficiently to clear the bathroom. The hot water tap was also faulty and could not be turned off properly, apologies to the staff for not reporting this when we checked out.

The room was very comfortable and excellent location for our needs. We did not have breakfast but the check-in system was very easy. The bed was great.

Was given camp bed as no twin, no duvet cover, sheet or pillow case. Window soaking in morning with condensation, single glazed so can hear everything on the road. Toilet seat broken. Staff not ignorant but not overly friendly either.

The bed wasn’t very comfy at all. When we got there the heating was on full blast and we had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it off and try to figure it out.

The room was lovely and nicely decorated. A good size too.
