We liked everything. Space in the kitchen was a bit challenging however there was enough room to cook basic meals for 5. The multi cooker and hobs worked well.

Had a wonderful stay. EV charger available and easily usable. (7kw/h). Saved us an absolute arm and a leg at £10 for a overnight charge. Public charging would have been far far more. Nice family run accommodation. All very friendly. Location great for day tripping all over Cornwall. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Didn't spend a lot of time in the accommodation as we spent most days out exploring. But the smart tv with apps was useful in the evening when we were all winding down before bed. Would we return?.... yes absolutely.

Being elderly guests we found sofa a bit uncomfortable to sit on watching TV etc

Host was so welcoming fresh flowers and all our basic needs like eggs milk and lots of little extras. She was always on hand every day to help with anything we needed like fresh linen and advise of places to go and visit during our 10day stay

Friendly family host, who live next door. Had everything in the studio that one could think of. Milk and water bottles in the fridge and eggs on the table. Tracy also gave us a bottle of honey at departure.

The Studio was lovely, it had everything I needed plus little extras and a very friendly host .It was a great place to stay for visiting my relatives in the area. Would definitely recommend 100%

There was nothing that we didn't like but a couple of plugs with USB ports would have been useful for charging our phones.

Our host was friendly, approachable and helpful. The property was wheelchair friendly and the bathroom was also very accessible and ideal for my daughter who uses a wheelchair. Tracy kindly supplied us with a shower seat.

Lovely Bathroom and very comfortable beds

Little studio with everything we needed, clean and very comfortable beds. Heating came on in the evening which was very thoughtful of the keeper as we needed it. Overall we have had a fab time. Wifi might need a bit improving though.

I forgot to ask Tracy how the heating works but that was my fault. The bed was very firm which I love but might not be for everyone.

Tracy was very quick to reply to emails and accommodated our need for an early check-in. Key was in the door when we arrived so we could rush off to a wedding. Ideal - thanks Tracy!

Bed very comfortable but very low to the ground, struggled as have a bad knee. This would not put me off staying again.

Traveled for work as a lone female, felt very safe. Tracy is a lovely lady, even left me some milk and fresh eggs.

WiFi had a tendency to drop out on the bedroom side of the studio. At the kitchen end it was much better. If you stayed connected the speed was good.

Host offered for me to charge my EV using the studios electricity, which I didn't expect. This was useful as I found there is a lack of charge points in Cornwall. A fixed external charging point would be a great addition.

Morning traffic road noise (not lots - so this was no big deal really for us) but there was audible traffic passing from early morning (weekday)

Friendly host, high quality extras in terms of toiletries, consumables, fun kits of colouring sets for the kids on their beds etc
