I hadn't finished my cereal and the hot breakfast was served. I had to scoop my bowl up ,for the meal to be placed in front of me! I had to quickly eat my cereal, before the hot food got cold! A very rushed experience after a harrowing night!

The breakfast was lovely, such a variety of choices

Bathroom inside door was dirty. Lounge bar floor under tables were dirty. Main meal burger was way too expensive for what you ended up with. The menu should have a time on it to which section is available at what time. We had the hot sandwich at night but he wasn't sure if they were serving it but it didn't say anything on the menu as to when it's available

Room was a good size, lounge where we ate was nice and comfortable. Good position for the hotel. Friendly staff. Food was very tasty . Hot sandwich at the evening meal was very nice. Everyone was very friendly to our little dog. Bed was very comfy. Nice that there was a fan in the room as it was very warm inside and being on the ground floor couldn't really have the window open

The only improvement would be a dedicated bike storage rack - and then they would be perfect.

Excellent choice of cooked breakfast included as well as the cold buffet - nice cocktails available at the bar and very helpful staff. We arrived by bicycle and the staff were accommodating in finding us somewhere to leave our bikes securely

Third visit to this lovely hotel/restaurant. Central location in Hungerford makes things easy. The check in was easy and we had a quiet room, very clean with a very good shower. We had a very good meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was also good. I would return here.

I have to say that service in the bar was rather slow. We waited for two cocktails. They said they'd bring them over, but they were delivered 15 mins apart. Same as our meal. We ordered our meals for the same table at the same time. We were just a couple of friends dining together and paid half each. One starter came out 20 mins before the other. The second was a scotch egg that was clearly over cooked and dried out. I asked that they make sure our main meals come out together. They did arrive together. My friend's pie was piping hot, and the filling rather dry .. but my lamb dish was barely warm and my plate was cold. Whilst l like my lamb rare, half of it was un-edible with blood on the plate. We decided not to complain again as we felt the staff waiting on us did their best. Maybe the chef or kitchen staff will see my review and take my comments on board. There were not many people eating for a Friday night and feel the kitchen could not be busy. My main meal was over £20 so it was very disappointing. We decided not to risk breakfast and ate brunch at another establishment after we checked out! I'd definitely recommend the accommodation and would stay again, but would not eat there

Accommodation was fantastic. Our room 305 was spacious and clean. I loved that we had a bath! I would recommend the Three swans for accommodation. Nearby parking was convenient and cheap on the station road

Parking arrangements should be added to the website in a prominent position. There were instructions, but these aappeared to be out of date and was slightly inconvenient.

Breakfast: Excellent choice, well presented and very good quality. Dinner: Same again, a good choice at good value for money, well presented and served. Room: Bath plug was stuck with water in bath, so couldn't really have a bath or shower in case of overflow. (Reported to reception on departure). Bath room could do with a toilet brush, otherwise very good. Nice size bed and room, facilities as expected otherwise.

The dining room is adjacent to the bar, without partition. Dinner enjoyment marred by loud locals in the bar effin and jeffin through their days.

Very nice room, with roll top bath and a separate shower - all reasonably priced. Good food.

Not much to dislike. the food was pretty ordinary and there are certainly better places to eat for the price in the town.

Nice place to stay. Very well situated at the heart of this very pleasant market town. We were on a walking break, so the location near the canal and walks to the nearby Wessex downs, was excellent. Hotel staff were very friendly and willing to oblige. Would stay here again.

Primarily the table beside the bed but it wasn't a big deal.

Super staff. Good facilities. A lovely big bath and shower. Plenty of hot water. Room was a little dark as there was an adjoining roof directly outside the window. The bed was comfortable but there was a large table type thing next to it which made getting in and out a bit awkward. Arrived by pushbike and they were very helpful in providing safe and secure storage for them. A little expensive but it was full and I understand supply and demand. I had the choice! I'd definitely use The Three Swans again if I was staying in Hungerford.
