A large group of us stayed for 1 night, the cost was cheap so it was reasonable for the price paid. Large building, plenty of rooms and beds.

United Kingdomit needed some TLC, wi fi did not work but to be fair we were not in apartment very long and did not seek help. Only 2 coffee mugs. Even allowing for great north run was very expensive for what it was.
Very grateful for a large property on great north run weekend after being gazumped from another property. Owner was responsive to requests. Easy bus route into town.

United KingdomFloors were uneven at front and back door as if flood damage.No running hot water apart from electric shower, but the hot water cut out for 1 of guests in that. Toilet in bathroom with shower upstairs was leaking when flushed. Bathroom door didnt lock. 1 bedroom had no handle at all! Som room blinds were all broken, uneven or wouldnt open fully. Stairs carpets were all marked and stained. Pot in cupboard in kitchen was encrusted with old food. Kitchen had a smell... like coming from drains. Plus we were woken up early morning with bailiffs banging at the door, which has caused undue stress and anxiety for us all! We felt we had to get up and get out in case they returned. I had to wake my son so we could vacate the property immediately! This caused him to I also was not happy getting asked for £150 security deposit literally 5 minutes before getting to the property and I was not paying this under circumstances. Never have when booked through booking.com. I only got the pin for keypad when at the property and waiting outside when I informed the owner in plenty of time when we would be arriving!
Location wasnt too far from where I wanted to be. Bedding seemed clean. Not much traffic noise. The WiFi worked.

United KingdomAt least a dozen dead flies to greet us as we opened front door. Carpet in hall stairs and landing were dirty and stained. Several tiles on kitchen floor were broken and loose would be very dangerous if in bare feet.Toaster only worked if you held lever down continuously. Extractor over oven covered in grease. Booked for 7 people only 4 mugs and very light on utensils. Mould Inside fridge door.. electric socket in hallway damaged. Living room blinds didn't operator all tear on sofa arm tv cabinet glass missing. Bedrooms door handles missing of one bedroom both sides. , another door dammaged held open by blocks of wood. Stains on mattresses e.g. looks like urine stains, pillows disgusting. Nearly all walls were marked or odd hole here and there. Bathroom had no mirror . Water pressure was poor. The whole house is in desperate need of a make over and update. It is nothing like what your photos represent !!! false advertising.
There was plenty of clean bedding.

And check out was 11.30am the cleaners arrived at 10.55am & we were told we had 5 mins to leave the property. When I explained we check out at 11.30am I was told by the male cleaner, “well I’ve had a busy week & I’m tired.” Absolutely would not stay here again!

A well cleaned spacious house with 3 bathrooms, free WiFi, enough space to move around the kitchen and other rooms, away from the high street, had a silent night for good sleep. Good communication from the owner before and after our staying. I left my watch, staff found and return to me. Can't see any reason to give anything less then 10*. Will be happy to visit again.

While we got this back and the staff where transparent about when it would be paid back (and it was promptly) this caused us a degree of annoyance at the very last minute when we had already arrived in the city.

United KingdomThis was such a good property for us to stay in. Made our time in Newcastle so much more fun! The property was exactly what we needed being a group of 6 people! Plenty of space and met all our needs and wants. Key access was easy! We did have a problem with the Wifi on the first day we arrive but within an hour of arrival the owner came out and fixed it straight away! Thank you so much for making our experience in Newcastle so good. Will definitely be staying here again!
