There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the Townhouse.

Staying at the Townhouse is a great experience. Very friendly welcome. Sophisticated and very comfortable accommodation. Excellent location. Parking on site. Beautifully cooked and presented breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble; very professional host.

There was nothing to dislike about this place.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The host made you feel welcome from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. Breakfast choice was fantastic and cooked to order. Facilities in the room were first class and we received a free upgrade without asking. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The Guest house was truly stunning. The attention to detail inside and outside was beautiful. Room was well set out and massive comfy bed. Very clean . Davids personal touch was very warming and the breakfast in the morning was first served with a fruit salad and then a fully fresh Cooked breakfast. My wife had eggs Benedict which she loved . Would definitely recommend and we will be back again . Thanks

David made us feel really welcome; he came out to greet us in the parking area at the back of the property and carried our case up to our room. The welcome scones and biscuits were a nice surprise, the room was really comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent; I really enjoyed the freshly cooked scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

We enjoyed a very warm welcome when we arrived and were shown to our lovely room overlooking the park, the room decor is magnificent along with being very clean and comfortable, there were plenty of nice teas, coffee and some snacks available in the room. Breakfast was very very nice. We were very well looked after by the owners and would definitely book the Townhouse hotel again.

The Townhouse was fabulous. We were shown to a very spacious, comfortable room with everything carefully thought through. A lovely view of the park. We wanted for nothing. The huge bed was extremely comfortable, with gorgeous linens. The breakfast was delicious and a leisurely affair. It was a perfect start to the day. Thank you for looking after us so well. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great

The host, David, was lovely from opening the door & greeting us until the minute we left. We got the choice of 2 rooms when we arrived & it had everything we needed. All the little added extras made it so homely. David was also very informative about the surrounding area & breakfast in the morning was fantastic.

Its to far away for a weekend break

The host (dave) was friendly and welcoming .the room was out of this world . The Breakfast was well cooked and filling. We could not fault The Townhouse and if we are ever stay in Perth again we will be looking to book a room here

David reached out before to confirm our arrival time and have the room ready for us. Parking was great and easy. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are spot on - with everything in the room that could possible need including brilliant little touches like a phone charger, a night light, bottled water in the room. Received a great welcome by David and the scones, jam and clotted cream in the room were a lovely touch. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a nice choice of options. David and Laurent have clearly put a lot of thought into making sure their guests have a fantastic stay with them.

Nothing, the entire house was beautifully decorated, obviously a lot of thought has gone into the presentation side of the business.

Taken immediately to our room and given a run down of what was what. Bedroom was well equipped with T, coffee, shortbread, scones etc. The bed was huge and comfortable, the room itself along with the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast made to order was exceptional, with hot or cold 'everything' available. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
