Nothing I loved it all.

The warm welcome.. The lovely house.. The amount of towels no skimping on anything shampoo conditioner moisturiser toner deodorant or soaps .. The great sleep due to lovely bed....The silence... The breakfast choices were beyond 5***** the quality of the food the cooking of the food and presentation was just fabulous. So much hot water lashings of it ..... The ability to sit in front of a log burner in silence after a full day if that's what you want or to be able to go into your room and watch TV. The lovely hostess....

Breakfast was excellent. There were many nice touches - fresh basil / oil on the scrambled eggs, a fabulous selection of home made jams etc. Presentation of food was amazing. Wide menu with plenty of options for vegetarians. The building itself was incredible.

It seems that two bedroom are served by one bathroom and the bathroom was a little tired, maybe because it was the end of the season.

Linda and Tony were wonderful and the breakfast was to die for. The property was quirky which I loved however might not be to some peoples taste. Booking.com messed up on the arrival time and it was fortunate that Linda and Tony were at home otherwise we would have been stuck outside for possibly five hours.

The owners Linda and Tony are such generous and kind hosts. We were group cycling on our way to Devon. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast absolutely delicious.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable sadly

Fabulous old mill in a lovely rural location Very quirky water ( no longer in operation ) mill as in the pictures on website Tony and Linda are such a lovely couple. You feel as if you’ve known them for years. Very, very helpful Linda is an amazing chef !! Breakfast was one of the nicest that I’ve had in a B & B Smoked haddock and eggs Cocotte ! All the bread and jams were also homemade Couldn’t fault it Homemade cake on arrival Beautiful garden/ orchard with sun loungers , chairs etc opposite the house Linda caters very well for a gluten free diet !!!

Amazing place to stop on the journey to Cornwall. Arrived late and the wonderful hosts had left out sandwiches and scones. Also an incredible breakfast in the morning - everything home made and delicious!

Beautiful location lovely friendly host/hostess, amazing breakfast from local produce - eggs literally straight from the hen house. Quirky spot with loads to look at and super feel of history and nature’s wonders Will go again in a heartbeat

As the owners had been away, one room was cold and there seemed to be no spare blanket or cover. It would also be better if the bread-maker didn’t start about 05:00 beneath one of the rooms.
