We liked it all!

The room was tastefully decorated and comfy. The staff were very friendly. There was a nice selection of cold and cooked breakfast items and the coffee was good too. Portion sizes were generous and our Sunday roast was excellent.

Evening Menu was a little limited to fried pub grub, just be aware of that. English Breakfast was overcooked (eggs particularly) but there were plenty options at the buffet available.

Easy to access from A303 before heading to London. Parking close to our road on was helpful. Staff were very helpful on arrival. Bedroom was really comfy and I’d literally buy that mattress - it was superb! Breakfast service was friendly.

Disappointed by the meal that we had in the evening.

On arrival the check in process was extremely easy, the room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was big and the powerful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options, tea and coffee was offered immediately on being seated.

The noise: horrible noise from that little fridge. Couldn’t unplug it. Also, the walls are extremely thin. You hear every that’s happening around. The beds could use a braking system 😅 Maybe they should check for cobwebs more carefully (had to kill two spiders and their work right on top of the kettle…) especially when it’s quite in the open

Good location. Nice and Friendly staff. Comfortable fairly sized room. The pub has good food.

No one came in to replenish coffees/ milk/ sugars / necessary morning biscuits :) , towels, when we got back late we realised no one had been in.

The room was clean with lots of amenities. Yes coffee biscuits chocolates. All well presented. Bathroom clean tidy And the bed was big and so comfy

Just a bit noisy from people walking in room above

The doors to the rooms & our outbuilding are quite heavy. So, when people were coming in and out at night it was noisy. But it didn't really bother us.

The welcome, it was warm, quick, and we quickly accessed our room. The room was clean and tidy. The room facilities were excellent. Good sized and comfy bed. Large tv you could sync to your phone. There was a dyson fan & a nespresso machine. The bathroom was great. Two sinks & a lovely big shower. Amenities provided in there were good also. The cooked breakfast was fantastic! With a limited range of excellent continental options.

No parking in car park on arrival,surprising as pub wasn’t packed.coffee at breakfast could’ve been self service rather than the poor waitress having to keep doing it.

There was no desk light and the room lighting was too dim to read sitting at the desk. The water bottle was plastic. The fridge woke me up, even though I'd put it into it's "quiet" mode. There seemed to be a lot of creaking/banging at night, as if I were in a proper old building, so although the bed was really comfy, between fridge and noises off I had a relatively disturbed night (I'm a very light sleeper). The WiFi was too locked down, it was fine for web browsing and video conference but for anything more I had to use a VPN and some obfuscation.

My room was in a newish "stable-block" like building, visually matching the actual stable block. It was beautifully fitted out, with an excellent comfortable bed, desk, and a coffee pod machine for my first thing in the morning espresso. There was a stylish little fridge, looking nothing like a fridge, on the wall - containing water and fresh milk, which is unusual and was much appreciated. In short, a nice, comfortable room with almost everything one could wish for. Breakfast options were excellent, and the breakfast itself was as good as the options. The car park was big enough, with good sized spaces, and close to the rooms. The WiFi connection was good, fast and stable.
