The room was bigger than I expected,so had lots of room . Large comfy bed and all facilities available. Great pub, lovely building. Will definitely stay here again.

Room too hot and air conditioning was linked to bathroom on a sensor therefore couldn't be altered for a more comfortable sleep. No bedroom bin for rubbish from tea tray etc. Bedroom wall decoration needed repainting as there had been drink spilt up the wall and on carpet from a previous guest. Bathroom shower screen leaked and water pooled on the floor. Breakfast expensive. A leak came through the ceiling of a public area.

Central Hotel within Chertsey. Shops and amenities within minutes of the hotel. Friendly staff. Food options available.

Was unable to open the curtains as it was a ground floor room facing onto the high street and there was no net curtain to obscure people from looking in. Suggest adding frosted manifestation to the windows to enable natural light into the room. However this did not ruin our stay - only a suggestion. Would definitely return if in the area.

Good size bed, excellent air con, clean fluffy towels and good toiletry products. Nice selection of tea & coffee, and snacks! Lovely pub and selection of food and great breakfast options. Very reasonable prices. Despite our room facing onto the high street, there was no noise disturbance and we had a great sleep.

The lift wasn’t working

It was only an overnight stay but it was all good & comfortable. Being part of the pub was good, didn’t have to go to far for a good feed.

Room and bathroom were dark, probably due to the decoration. It was quite noisy until 10pm when the music and garden reached curfew. This was communicated.

Can’t really fault it except our room was a bit dark and beds move if you sit on the side .

Arrived early and our room was already vacant and clean Very hot day and air con was most appreciated and on in our room. Spotlessly clean although this room was a little dark ,but very quiet considering quite near to a busy road. Gated coded entry to quite spacious free car park behind hotel. Receptionist very welcoming and booked in quickly. This is a pub also so we ate there too. Food and service very good and not too expensive. Lots of varied places to eat in or outside area .

Wonderful location in the center of town in a beautiful classic English country pub. Large room with comfortable King size bed. The staff was lovely and accommodated early check in. Loved the pub on site with beautiful spacious courtyard and many delicious food options.

Room was very comfortable including air conditioning, goods bed, coffee maker and water. Ensuite bathroom large with a good shower. Staff we very friendly and helpful. Dining facilities are good with various areas including a very nice outdoor patio area. Fish and Chip excellent. Good sized car parking and hotel easy to find and access.

Parking was a bit tricky as busy but did empty out through the evening.

Lovely garden, rooms comfortable and spacious. Food was amazing staff were friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble
