We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly downside is the bathroom could have done with being dusted. Thick dust on the skirting boards and very thick dust on top of the bathroom mirror. The tile seals were a bit black and not pleasant - down to age & wear & tear, but overall, not too bad.
Extremely comfortable beds and pillows and superbly laundered. Good choice of food on the menu. Good quality as well. Nice and easy to get to from railway station (as well as car). Staff very engaging.

Sadly only one night stay, but everything was excellent - from car parking, reception - including early check in and very generous room upgrade and exceptional breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff throughout the hotel.

Netherlandsslightly dated bathroom so that made the cleaning score less.. milk sachets out of date, coffee cups didn't fit under coffee machine, breakfast was not great..bit dry and small portion...streaky bacon not great...tight on beans!..and the toaster was entertaining! it was not really toasting without burning every piece! tv could be bigger/updated!
staff were all brilliant...cleaning staff included, I spoke with a very lovely lady who has to clean in the hot rooms! very friendly reception all round..our second visit

United KingdomI paid 20£ per dog per night. It is supposed to be for the extra cleaning and a lot of places have decided on this price. It makes no sense to me because the proper clean is after the stay and it should be a one time cleaning fee. I also believe that rooms should be deep cleaned once in a while regardless of the fact that dogs could be staying or not.
