No issues with the place or people. I could’ve done without the rail strike

The vegetarian food options were excellent as were the staff, really professional and very sociable. You can go alone as single room has a double bed and you are made to feel one of the regular clients.

The room was cosy and comfortable, complementary tea and coffee were provided. The views from the window were stunning in the morning. We had a full English breakfast and it was very enjoyable. There was a great selection of ales and beers at the bar to be enjoyed in the evening.

The radio in the bedroom didn’t work and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong (neither were a big issue or affected my stay overall)

The room was lovely, I booked a single but it was a nice spacious room with a double bed! Bed was very comfy and nice pillows and duvet! Room was decorated nicely - very cosy!

    Having to leave.

Great location in a lovely village, our room was on the side overlooking the green and even though it was on the road junction there was no traffic noise atall. The staff were friendly and professional and made us feel like friends not customers. Excellent food and drinks.
