Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWhen using the bathroom, I could hear next doors conversation, and they were talking normally. I didn't use the restaurant. I did use the bar, they didn't have draft Guinness, but did have cans which I felt were over priced.
My room was quiet during the night, room and bathroom were reasonably sized, fridge and safe were a bonus. I used the gym which had very basic equipment but enough space during the morning, although I didn't use the pool it looked ok and seemed a popular venue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for travelling in any direction. Free parking at the hotel.

Excellent value for money for £100 for three of us with the use of a great spa included. Lovely room, plenty of space and big bathroom with bath & shower. V quiet. Nice pod coffee machine as well as usual sachets etc.

United KingdomBath was a bit tired and a loud consistant noise in the bathroom - fan or next to a boiler room, but the door between bathroom and bedroom kept noise out.
Location was excellent for the purpose of our journey. Staff were all welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good and various choices. Toiletries provided. Would book here again.

United KingdomManager was too busy trying to impress how important he was he was brutally rude and lost you money by not extending my booking in house ( I had booked three weeks and needed 10 more days but in the end I did it on booking.com and got it for an even cheaper price. He was definitely not an asset to you or my stay.
