Fixed shower panel difficult to move to get into the bath/shower, water ended up on the floor no matter how you positioned the panel. Needs to be fixed professionally, lot of sealant used. My husband found the water temperature control on the shower not easy to use either scalding hot or very cold. Bathroom for the size of the bedroom was cramped. We hadn't decided in advance where to eat and found that Hereford is very much closed on a Sunday evening including the Green Dragaon restaurant. There are a few places open and staff could direct us. There is an excellent Thai a few doors up.

Bed was very comfortable and was probably new. Staff very helpful. Location very central to explore Hereford. Parking there is a hotel car park at the back, first come first served or a short walk to other car parks. Tea and coffee in bedroom a plus.

The room location, the room was right by the lift and could here everytime someone got on and off, people talking loud as they got on and off, so didn't get a good night's sleep room 240 so if you get that room as for another. Breakfast wa not worth the money.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable overall our stay was nice, breakfast was ok.

Location was excellent if, like us, you need to be in the city centre , convenient car parking. Breakfast was good and service excellent.

Room was quite warm, flush on the toilet wasn't the best. There also seemed to be no hot water on the first evening.

Staff were really friendly and helpful - we required anti-allergy bedding and this was provided within about 10 mins of my request.

Our room had a window that looked out on the back of the hotel of which had a pigeon party! So all night noisy pigeons! Then a mechanical loud noise started in the room next door around 6.30. Bed was very comfy but really noisy night with very little sleep!

Water was warm - shower fine with just hot water on but not really hot at any point. Lock on first bedroom door broken but staff quickly sorted and have us a new room without any fuss.

The flooring in the bathroom made it difficult to clean and it needed a little attention.

Unfortunately the toilet blocked twice although the staff were very quick to respond. Scrambled eggs in the breakfast were watery and the standard was generally below par.. I expected better quality for the price

Our room was dark almost like it was a spare room rarely used at the back of the hotel. We did see in a few of the rooms on the way to check out and they were a lot brighter and cleaner. The bathroom was very dated and the bath needed a good scrub.

Beautiful hotel downstairs with a nice lounge area you can sit and have a relaxing drink by an open fire. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic customer service.

The pigeons! There are hundreds of them housing in the roof and we’re awake from 4am making a huge noise. Not ideal if you like a lie-in!

Beautiful building. Lovely central location with parking onsite. Spacious & clean bedroom. Communal areas decorated and maintained to a high standard. Lovely cocktails in the Offa Bar!
