You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicPoor wifi, in the room didnt work. Really small and old TV in the room. No fridge or minibar in the room. The corridor between the rooms is very narrow. Very small elevator, max 2 person without luggage.
Great location on the coastal promenade, not far from the TT grandstand. Good breakfast. Spacious room with nice bathroom. Nice staff. The possibility to have a beer in the hotel bar.

United Kingdomgood English breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpfull. Room was large 104, as was the bathroom, bed nice and soft. Yes we would go there again. Its a twenty, thirty minute walk from the ferry or just hop a bus, stops near the front door.

United KingdomOur room was over the kitchen and the fan was noisy when it started around 6 or 6.30am. The lift is a tight squeeze for 2 people + luggage. We only used it for moving luggage.
This hotel looked a bit dated on the outside but really lovely inside. Meals were great and staff were really lovely, courteous and friendly. Cleared tables promptly. Bed was very comfortable. Room and hotel spotless. We had a large room, though it was at the back and had no view. It would be worth paying extra for a seaview room but we didn't have the option as there was only a few rooms left. There were a couple of tour groups staying but this in no way affected the service. We had carvery in the evenings which was lovely and great value. Would have no problem returning.
