My pillow wasn’t comfortable

Receptionist was really nice and helpful and I was expecting somewhere very run down as I paid so little so was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the hotel. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice and modern too

Very pleasant and helpful staff. There are many parking spaces with a private overflow which is great for those who need a space. Very clean room and shower area, and a very comfortable bed.

The bed was not very comfortable, a bit lumpy, I think the mattress was quite worn out.

Breakfast was ok, location is good, EV charging was nice to have but was very slow and very very expensive

I like this hotel and this was my second staying. No negative comments.

We had dinner and the food was very nice. Very friendly staff. Parking available on site for long staying. Breakfast offered a good choice.

All good apart from the room temperature. As soon as i arrived i turned the radiator off and opened the window. I kept it like this all weekend but it was always too hot, didn't sleep too well. It was like a hot summers night in the room the whole time unfortunately and with the window open to try to cool it down i had a lot of traffic noise. Please cool it down a bit, thank you.

Really poor maintenance. The bathroom radiator / towel rail has been disconnected and the power point blanked over - they clearly have no intention of fixing this. In the bedroom the powerpoint most suitable for the kettle has also got a blanking plate on it. Consequently the 'tea tray' is in the middle of the desk area. Also the light you might use for working is powered on the opposite side of the desk. I don't think the management cares.

No air conditioning in the room as the room was roadting, so had balcony door open all night so was very noisy. Car parking is one way but staff use it as 2 way. We came across a member of staff who nearly crashed into us as we was leaving following the one way out. They was doing more than the speed limit and gave us the middle finger as if it was our fault. On existing we saw the one way was blocked by a lorry dropping stuff of so understand staff need to park but may a lesson in reducing speed and being over observant to prevent any negative interaction. Oh and this was the same recepition lady who was so nice on check in, just shows how different people are

It was only a one night stay................

The location was very good, quick to reach and accessible it had easy car parking. The room was good, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was a well prepared buffet style with lots of choice, well stocked and hot. The staff were attentive and customer focused, would recommend without question.
