The only issue we had was the curtains let a lot of light in. The rooms would be better if they had blackout curtains this would make a huge difference.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay, at Thorpe Green House Very spacious room, With a large bed and a large wardrobe, also coffee and tea facilities were provided. It was very clean and tidy, hosts were very friendly, if you need anything just ask. Not Far from Robin Hoods bay about a 20 minute walk downhill. There was a post office on station Road which was nearer the beach, which sold a few vegan pastries which was a bonus.

The room was very clean and spacious. Location good for us as both Scarborough and Whitby not too far away. Janet and Steve are a lovely couple and very knowledgable about the area. Although this is a vegetarian hotel and we are not vegetarians this was not a problem. The full english breakfast was good quality food and set us up for the day. Janets homemade sourdough bread was really nice. Thank you both we enjoyed our stay with you.

location as just far enough away from town but easy enough to walk into. Janet and Steve where excellent hosts and nothing was to much trouble. room clean and spacious and enjoyed being able to sit in their lovely garden

The only comment to make is that a mirror would be useful by the plug socket for the hairdryer.

Janet and Steve were welcoming and wanted our stay to be perfect, it was! The garden is to die for and the option of breakfasts were amazing. The room was woderful and more than we expected. We felf welcome and at home. Wish we stayed for longer. We for sure will be back.

Janet was fantastic. Providing wonderful breakfasts cooked to order and perfection setting us up for the days activities. The room was lovely and clean and had all the best facilties for a room. It's a 20min walk to the beach at Robin Hoods Bay.

Our one suggestion would be to have lining on the curtains. The curtains were quite thin so it was full daylight in the room as soon as it became light outside

A very nice B&B in a beautiful part of the country. The breakfasts were cooked to order and were good. The room had a nice big comfortable bed and the ensuite was fine

This was our first stay here and won't be our last. We received a lovely, friendly welcome, our room was spacious and comfortable and the vegetarian breakfast just what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, the house and garden are beautiful and we were able to relax and recharge our batteries during our stay!

Excellent bed and breakfast, the hosts were very helpful, the room was very clean with a view on the countryside, the bed very comfortable, spacious room with en-suite bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast served by the host every morning! we had a wonderful and relaxing time, we stayed 3 nights! I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend it!

The breakfast was excellent and Janet and Steve were really welcoming and gave good recommendations about the local area and places to go. Ideal location, especially if arriving by bus as the stop is directly in front of the B&B.

The hosts, and their dog Flynn, were friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, clean and comfy with a little jug of flowers from the garden. The breakfasts were delicious and set us up for the day. Great location and the local pub served good food.

15 minute walk down to Robin hoods bay....lovely. Up hill on the way back! Janet was a lovely friendly host with a beautiful home and garden. Breakfast was great with home made sourdough.
