Just me...but I miss having an ice box in the fridge for an ice cream holiday treat.

Another great visit to this lovely spotless, cosy and comfortable location.Well equipped kitchen and nice selection of breakfast items.Great friendly and attentive hosts. Nice quiet location great place to get away from it all and relax with nice walks and beaches on your doorstep.

Impossible to be critical after the hosts put in so much effort to make you welcome!

A beautiful apartment, light, tastefully decorated and warm. New kitchen area and was delighted to find fresh milk, bread and butter, tea and coffee and even breakfast cereal waiting for me, a nice touch after a 10 hour drive. Welcoming hosts and ample parking in a stunning edge of town location. Highly recommended!

The apartment was clean and well furnished. The continental breakfast was a lovely touch. It was very warm and cosy . The owners were very welcoming and friendly. Location is great with the beach only a few minutes' walk. Would definitely stay there again.

I don’t like the fact that the Annex is so good, come tourist season I’ll struggle to find availability. Apart from that there is absolutely no negative comments to be made about this wonderful property.

Everything, I love the Annex, between the property itself and the hosts attention to detail it genuinely does feel like a home from home. Whenever I’m in the area this will always be my go to.

There is nothing to dislike.

Anne and John's accommodation is fabulous. We have stayed here several times now. The annex is easy to find with plenty of parking. Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. A great little place located nearby to the beach and shops. If you like planes it's an ideal location to see and hear the Typhoon's and P8's from nearby RAF Lossiemouth and a great spot for heading to the beach to see the lighthouse, sunset and occasionally if you are lucky, the Northern Lights. Some road noise can be heard as it is a busy road and the planes fly overhead but that has never bothered us at all. A lovely continental breakfast is provided of eggs, yoghurts, bread, croissants, jam and butter, cereal/porridge, juice and milk which is more than enough for a quick breakfast to have before you leave. A lot of self catering accommodation would not provide anything so I consider this to be a lovely gesture and added bonus. Great cooking facilities, a lovely large shower, a separate toilet, fridge (no freezer), microwave, dishwasher, ironing facilities, fresh bedding and a sofa bed in the lounge area if needed. Hot water bottles are also a welcome addition. There are instructions on the wall as you walk in regarding heating, WiFi password, contact numbers etc. WiFi is provided, a bit intermittent but it can be like that in most areas of Lossiemouth as are phone signals. Heating is controlled by the main house but there is a thermostat in the annex. It came on around 7am in the morning and Anne will put the heating on for you when you arrive. If you like to eat out, local takeaways and restaurants are just down the road as are convenience stores and a bakery for any additional bits and pieces. Anne and John are lovely hosts and will welcome you upon arrival. A great stay and we will be back again soon. 🙂

Nothing - only one tiny suggestion would be to put a hook/rail somewhere in the toilet for the hand towel.

Very comfortable and met all our needs for our brief stay, had everything we could have needed. Friendly host. Loved how clean apartment was. Having things like washing up liquid, salt, tea, milk etc all really appreciated. Hassle free stay.

The continental breakfast was excellent and fresh eggs were also provided. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Easy to find. Parking right next to property. Friendly welcome on arrival and shown around the accommodation, given all necessary local information. Food for breakfast ( bread, butter, jam, croissants, eggs, cereal, yogurt, milk, fruit juice) all in the fridge. Tea & coffee also provided. Separate toilet and shower rooms were very convenient. Visited East Beach and the new bridge. Were very impressed with the revamped esplanade and restaurants nearby.

Nothing much. It was a bit pricey for one night, but it is a nice place.
