My only comment would be that the decor is a little tired. I would add that this didn't have a negative effect on our enjoyment as the place was extremely clean.

The apartment is spotless and spacious. The host left milk, wine and tea/coffee and this was much appreciated. The location is excellent for walking to the centre of Tenby and the beaches.

There is extensive building works on the adjacent building. Work started anytime from 7.30-8.30am. A quick call to our hosts and this was sorted for the remainder of our stay, the builders kept noise to a minimum until 8.30-9am. We would have appreciated being told about the renovations prior to our arrival, this would have enabled us to make a more informed decision as to whether we changed location. This holiday was an R&R vacation after my cancer diagnosis and treatment. We did not envisage being woken up so early to banging and drilling.

The apartment is fantastic, everything you would need in the kitchen, towels and toiletries provided, family games and DVDs are a great added bonus

Because it is a second floor apartment you had a flight of stairs upto the apartment door and then another flight to the living area this is okay if you are young and fit but if you are getting on in years and have to carry your luggage etc up those stairs it can be a bit of a chore.

A clean comfortable and spacious apartment equipped with everything you need for your stay and it is in a prime position for the beach, shops, restaurants and bars and all that Tenby has to offer. And a bonus was i was able to park on the road right outside the house.

the only thing that ever so slightly bothered me was that it backed onto the Clarence house beer garden, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Parking. Was listed as free parking, but that is very theoretical. Parked on street, woke up to ticket first morning. Never found available free parking thereafter, although circling every day.

The only downside was that there was a few flights of stairs to go up so if a problem with mobility it wouldn’t be for you.

Absolutely the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in whilst holidaying in the UK. Everything you needed in the apartment very clean and great location. I went with 3 other ladies and we all had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend and return again.

The property had some on-street parking however we were unable to find a space. The rest of the street was residents only parking. We ended up using the municipal car park for most of our stay, this was not a problem as it was just down the road, however parking was an additional cost that should be factored in.

The location was absolutely superb, Topsail was literally one minute from the sea front and right in the centre of Tenby! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Only one small thing, it was really warm in apartment and we were unable to open the lounge window as it was awaiting repair when we were there however there was a large fan in bedroom that we could use when needed.

Really clean and comfortable and lots of nice little touches like welcome pack including milk in fridge. There was also a good selection of books,DVDs and games. The location was brilliant only a few yards from the seafront and round the corner from the walled town.
