Bed was a little hard for me.

Warm welcome. Free parking. Pub within walking distance. Kebab van across street which did a great healthy shish wrap with salad. Microwave and mini fridge in room...with fresh milk.

Everything was good, but it would have been nice to have a common area to hang out with our group and also to be able to get drinks and snacks on the premises. We would absolutely stay here again. It is very convenient while walking The Way.

Location near the Camino Ingles. Great owner who actually messaged us when we had gone for dinner at a nearby pub. We were walking and it started to rain so he came and picked us up.

The bed was uncomfy and a small double, shower was extremely loud and tray quite slippy. Walls had a lot of scuff marks could do with a tidy up. I also feel like we should have the option if anyone enters the room when we weren’t there as on the first day when we returned back some one had been when they didn’t need to.

Best part was being able to watch what we wanted on the tv and we was extremely close to we’re we wanted to go. The little breakfast tray they provided was good for my other half he enjoyed that. The owners seem extremely lovely and a beautiful home. Loved the earlier check in than usual places. A microwave in the room which is unusual but again a great touch if you don’t fancy eating out as you are able to have a hot meal. The weekend turned into more of a chill for us and it absolutely served it’s purpose.

There was nothing to dislike But just FYI I think the description for directions should advise guests not to take the Dummer Village turning when approaching from Basingstoke direction but just 200yds past this on the left a secluded (easily missed) track Could really use a sign on the main road.

Booked a twin room for a quick stay with my mum The room was fab, very comfy beds good shower and even a fridge with fresh milk and bottled water which in my mind is a simple addition but rarely given in the supposedly best hotels in this country! And for a super price even a continental breakfast pack was included Thank you shall book again for sure 🙂

No complaints, but a mirror in the bedroom would be useful.

Our room was perfect for our needs and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. Staff were very welcoming. We look forward to staying here again.

No mirror in the bedroom only small shaving mirror in the bathroom Breakfast was disappointing, it is cereal or porridge a packaged croissant and a banana, it is all in the room, with a microwave, also a fridge with water and milk, tea and coffee with kettle. If this was stated in the information I missed it, and apologise, I was looking forward to a hearty Breakfast.

Location was very good for us. It was clean. Staff extremely helpful and polite.

Would have liked a hand towel. The quality of the towels didn't match the rest of the room. Mattress springs quite uncomfortable for me personally. Ok for 1 night.

In a good location for an overnight stop along the St James Way. There was a selection of basic breakfast items which was really helpful as there are no shops close by (Sun Inn down the road one direction, kebab van down the road the other direction - both really good!). The owners were easily contactable by phone.

This was a spotlessly clean, simple but very well equipped room that was great for an overnight stay in the area. The host communication was terrific and little touches like the breakfast provision (continental) was really lovely.

just very noisy from traffic as so close to M3. had to leave windows open as the weather was so hot, so noise was an issue for me.
