A very comfy stay in a super location. Lovely breakfast cooked to order and our dog made to feel very welcome with her own in-room treats box. Very nice touch.

The only downside, was that none of the 3 car chargers were working in the car park of the hotel. We did use the charger in the local Morrisons which has a rapid charger so it wasn't disastrous.

The bedroom (703) was lovely & spacious & the bed was so comfortable. There was also a sofa in the room which was liked. We loved the view from the patio doors & would have loved to have gone on the balcony but Storm Kathleen was raging so we kept the doors shut, but the view of the waves crashing onto the rocks was quite spectacular! We did notice that the windows had been cleaned when we return to the room & we really appreciated that. We used the restaurant on the Sunday & the food was excellent as were the staff. We enjoyed the breakfasts that we had & again, the staff were very helpful. The Reception staff were also excellent. This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at the hotel & we are staying again in July - we must like it!

The room was lovely and comfortable; nice large bed and very modern bathroom. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was very tasty. Staff were polite, pleasant and eager to help.

There was no fridge in the room. I now know that this is not uncommon in the UK but it is required for someone like me who needs to keep medication refridgerated.

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic, both helpful and welcoming. We also had help with our bages which was appreciated. The room was lovely and a decent size, the shower great and the bed comfortable. Had dinner at the hotel and this was nice.

We were in the room above the front door which banged twice every time somebody walked in.. please fix this... So annoying!!

Lovely spot and room with sea view.. the staff were great as was the breakfast.. all in all a good stay!

We liked the unique style of the hotel. Much nicer than a chain hotel. The hotel was clean, room comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. They certainly know the meaning of 'hospitality'. Food in both the restaurant and Inn was exceptional. My husband, 6 year old and myself all found and enjoyed the meal options. The swimming pool is outside of the main hotel. The pool was very warm and clean. The changing facilities are more basic, but adequate. The location is excellent for the beach. There are good walks close by, however the weather meant we did not venture outdoors as much as we would usually. We have a car so it was easy to drive to indoor tourist attractions.

Dog friendly, was woken up early in the morning by a dog pounding up the stairs, it had been raining heavily and the corridor smelt of wet dog when we left our room. Personally don’t think dogs should be allowed.

Bed and very good breakfast, becoming less of a given, so gratefully received. Excellent room. There was a pool, but we decided that we wouldn't use it. Next time. Ample and easy parking.

Maybe the food in the down stairs restaurant was a little pricey

Excellent location Rooms spotless and warm. My favourite tea in the room (Yorkshire) Pool was spotless and warm Every staff member was friendly and helpful from reception, domestic, and restaurant staff. I will definitely be coming back x

Great location on the coast and is close to Holyhead Ferry. The room we had was surprisingly spacious warm and very comfortable. Excellent food.

Staff were awesome- welcoming and authentically friendly. Michelle- special mention for outstanding service in the restaurant. Checkin lady was kind enough to suggest moving me from an external area to the main building due to the stormy weather- many thanks! Food was terrific and room well appointed with ground coffee and cafetière- nice touch.

Excellent hotel. Great location on coast and close to Holyhead ferry. Fantastic staff....friendly,helpful and professional. Restaurant is cosy and excellent food. Overall top rated and at a very reasonable price.
