We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIt's a pity I was only there for a couple of days as I would have liked to have stayed longer.
The room (4) was a good size, the bed was comfy, the shower was great and there was plenty of coffee. To cap it off Dave and Sue are lovely hosts. The Trefoil is quite close to all amenities and is a good starting location for any number of hill and coastal walks. I would definitely recommend.

United KingdomA very warm welcome from Dave and Susan, and Bodie the dog! Our room was cosy and we had everything to make it a comfortable stay. The information pack in our room was very detailed and up-to-date with helpful suggestions for activities and restaurants. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - extensive choices, perfectly cooked to order and beautifully presented. We loved our 2-night stay at the Trefoil - such a shame we couldn't stay longer!

What can I say but I loved everything about Trefoil guest house. Susan and Dave was so welcoming. Very clean everywhere food was lovely. Bathroom clean and shower was lovely. My main best part was the bed was amazing comfortable and obviously clean. I would like to know where they got the mattress from and the duvet and cover best night sleep iv had in ages 🙂
