Amazing experience, check in and out was so easy and relaxed, the room was amazing and very comfortable and the included breakfast was very good. Location was right on the beach front and an easy walk to the local shops and restaurants as well. 10/10

I loved it all. The only thing I can think of is the shower. It's a lovely shower, but I feel it needed more pressure behind it to properly wash out the soap. Other than that, incredible place!

Christine was very welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious and had lovely bedding. Breakfast was good, with a variety of yogurt oat pots, crumpets, toasts and cooked breakfast too. Filter coffee, teas, orange juice. Parked in Manor Road Car Park for £10 for 24hrs, which was only 2 streets away and really easy to get to. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is fantastic, breakfast (Chris her breakfasts are super) including a sea side view, Chris the owner of the guest house is taling excellent care of her customers. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed ourselves to the full. Thanks Chris for making our stay perfect.

Personally I did not found any critical things I do not like. Of course one may complain about anything but it is hard to find such "anything" here.

Ecellent view (if you chose appartments with it), good service (breakfast is also good) at affordable price. Stayed here for 3 days in early Sep. Beach is located just under the hotel. Highly recommend, the place exceed my expectations (one of the best places I've seen over many years).

Room was a little small, toilet was located along the corridor (this was stated in the booking and reflected in the price) but it makes it a little awkward through the night, so I would book a different room next time

Nice friendly and helpful staff lovely sea/beach view room full English breakfast and all the other food you could want! Very central to everything, due to circumstances we arrived a day late but were offered an extra day at the end instead, fantastic!

Parking was difficult as only on the street and often not available.

We asked for a room with a view and Chris the owner had kept 2 rooms for us to choose from due to a cancellation. We chose the one with an ensuite as that was more important to us. The breakfast was a delight, and we ate in a dining room and got to meet other people and swap stories. The only downside is only street parking and that was very limited. We would definitely go back.
