We arrived in London by train to Victoria Station to celebrate our 50 wedding anniversary and decided to stay in this area. Our hotel room was small, but everything was wery good organized and new: furniture,plumbing, air conditioning, safe box, location,attentive stuff,reasonable price. We was happy to stay in House on Warwick hotel.We recommended it

No hair dryer in the room. No iron for use of guests. You can hear the noises from the next room and hall.

A few things were missing that would have made a big difference : a hairdryer, a kettle, something (cup/mug/glass) to drink from even if just water, and some hooks - there were none apart from bathroom towel hooks, and no other way to hang or store clothes.

Great location, clean, comfortable bed, efficient check-in and check-out. The room was tiny but that was as expected. Fine for an overnight stay with minimal luggage and no need to hang anything up.

Could of done with a kettle or tea/coffee machine in the room or hotel.

Some glasses and kettle in the room could be very useful. Maybe some additional hacks or shelf in bathroom make my life easier.

We absolutely loved situation of hotel. A lot of caffes are very close, Victoria & Pimlico underground and coach station are just 15 minutes walking. Room was very clean, bathroom was amazing.

The road is quite noisy, but the hotel can’t help that. It’s otherwise extremely central.

Very clean and functional. I think the hotel gets some unfortunate reviews as it claims itself a 4 star. It’s not a 4 star but it’s a very affordable and clean small property - with stairs. If you keep reminding yourself of how affordable it is, it’s great value.

There was no chair in the room so I had to sit in bed. No facilities to make tea and coffee in the room.

The hotel and room looked as though it had recently been refurbished so the room itself was lovely albeit very small. Location was fantastic. Under 10 min walk to Victoria station and well connected with buses.

The room had such a bad smell - like cigarettes. We thought maybe the previous guests smoked in there. We asked for a hair dryer and there wasn't one at the reception. This is a small improvement that would help guests a lot. Also, there is a small desk in the room and I wanted to do some work from there but I was surprised to find out there was no chair so keep that in mind if you want to work from there.

The location is great, very close to Victoria Station. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and they changed to towels every day.

Reception was underwhelming. Although the rooms were well decorated you could tell this was budget accommodation. Having said that, overall I would stay here again.

Quite central to Westminster area and approx 5 minute walk to either bus or tube. Rooms were modern and comfortable with a great shower.

Would have loved a little lounge area or hotelbar, but it didn’t lower the all in all review.

Perfectly located in Westminster very close to Victoria Station. This is the place if you want to explore London, with possibilities to reach all of what the city has to offer, either by foot or bus. A calm street with stores and restaurants just around the corner. Clean and tidy and not responsive between the rooms.

Although we knew that when we booked the room, the room was super small and barely fit our suitcase open. Also, there was no hairdryer in the room or at the reception, and we were charged 5£ to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after we checked out (our suitcase was very big and heavy and we had no choice but to accept).

It is very nicely decorated and everything seems very new. Very clean and staff is friendly. The location was very good and well-connected with public transport nearby.

There were no tea & coffee facilities in the room and nothing to sit on apart from the bed.

Very neat room, clean, good soundproofing, great shower, comfortable bed. Excellent lotation close to Victoria Station and important cental places of interst: Buchingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament are within walking reach or short bus drive. Great, affordable London "pit stop".

It was very dusty in my room and when I put the fan on it made it alot worse. Maybe needs a dehumidifier
