To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomA few things were missing that would have made a big difference : a hairdryer, a kettle, something (cup/mug/glass) to drink from even if just water, and some hooks - there were none apart from bathroom towel hooks, and no other way to hang or store clothes.
Great location, clean, comfortable bed, efficient check-in and check-out. The room was tiny but that was as expected. Fine for an overnight stay with minimal luggage and no need to hang anything up.

We absolutely loved situation of hotel. A lot of caffes are very close, Victoria & Pimlico underground and coach station are just 15 minutes walking. Room was very clean, bathroom was amazing.

Very clean and functional. I think the hotel gets some unfortunate reviews as it claims itself a 4 star. It’s not a 4 star but it’s a very affordable and clean small property - with stairs. If you keep reminding yourself of how affordable it is, it’s great value.

United KingdomThe room had such a bad smell - like cigarettes. We thought maybe the previous guests smoked in there. We asked for a hair dryer and there wasn't one at the reception. This is a small improvement that would help guests a lot. Also, there is a small desk in the room and I wanted to do some work from there but I was surprised to find out there was no chair so keep that in mind if you want to work from there.
The location is great, very close to Victoria Station. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and they changed to towels every day.

Quite central to Westminster area and approx 5 minute walk to either bus or tube. Rooms were modern and comfortable with a great shower.

Perfectly located in Westminster very close to Victoria Station. This is the place if you want to explore London, with possibilities to reach all of what the city has to offer, either by foot or bus. A calm street with stores and restaurants just around the corner. Clean and tidy and not responsive between the rooms.

NetherlandsAlthough we knew that when we booked the room, the room was super small and barely fit our suitcase open. Also, there was no hairdryer in the room or at the reception, and we were charged 5£ to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after we checked out (our suitcase was very big and heavy and we had no choice but to accept).
It is very nicely decorated and everything seems very new. Very clean and staff is friendly. The location was very good and well-connected with public transport nearby.

Very neat room, clean, good soundproofing, great shower, comfortable bed. Excellent lotation close to Victoria Station and important cental places of interst: Buchingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament are within walking reach or short bus drive. Great, affordable London "pit stop".
