There is nothing that we didn’t like. One of our party has mobility issues so needed some assistance to get up the few steps from the street and there was enough space for the two of us to be side by side to do that.

The cottage is a lovely space to stay in. The decor has been well thought through and it has a cosy feel to it. We stayed as a family group with ages ranging from teenage to post-retirement and everyone was well accommodated by the bedrooms and we enjoyed the shared spaces, particularly the kitchen/lounge area.

Hob too far away from sink to be safe with pans of boiling water. Dishwasher too small and not enough plates etc for 8. Twin beds too small for adults and no mention of this when booking Mirror in upstairs room made me look extremely fat! Not a joke! More info on walks needed, also a warning that the pubs are not much use for food in daytime. Thank goodness for the chippy/pizza guy.

Very beautiful, comfortable sofas, clean cottage. Nice cupboard of games. Great to have a dishwasher. Lovely to have 5 toilets! Gorgeous village, good chippy and pizza place. Lovely church.

The location in Kineton was perfect as we were 2 minute saunter to the local pub (The White Swan) & village shop.The cottage was gorgeous with everything that we needed

We had a wonderful stay at Tunlaw Cottage. It is perfectly located in the lovely village of Kineton, and is beautifully presented and very comfortable. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The communication from the owners was excellent, and they even left a little welcome gift of some drinks and snacks for us. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Minor problem with the back gate as it doesn’t fit - rectified by putting the wheely bin there to stop the dog getting out.

We were self catering so it was handy to have a Convenience Store nearby and enough places to get takeaways to eat at the beautiful cottage. The location was easy to travel to, Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon and Bourton on the Water plus other beautiful Cotswold villages. We had a lovely stay with our families.

Had to provide copy of passport. Never had to do this in the past when booking a property. Object to giving out the information to an unknown website. In the end settled for passport numbers etc to be cut off photocopy before sending

There were a couple of places that could have been slightly cleaner (bath in main bathroom, shower floors, oven), but overall very well kept

Beautiful, comfy house with lots of space for a lovely family stay. Garden was spacious and had was lovely to enjoy a glass of prosecco that the hosts left at our arrival.

Some of the dishes and cutlery needed a rinse prior to being used but not the owners fault. We think they must have come out of the dishwasher like this and assuming they were clean just hadn’t been checked prior to being put away.

Very comfy, good size and warm house. It was well equipped with everything and more one needs for a weekend break. The bed linen and towels felt soft and luxurious, the bathroom to bedroom ratio was great for three couples ensuring each couple had an en-suite. The welcome pack was also a lovely touch.

The fire alarm in the kitchen was too sensitive and went off whenever we cooked anything at all.

The cottage was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was very well appointed. We had lovely breakfasts sitting in the garden. The beds were comfy as were the sofas. It was a very easy house to stay in. The village is quaint with easy walks from the house. The curry house up the road was lively and buzzing and we had a lovely night. There are good amenities in the village. Parking is straightforward and the directions to the property were helpful and accurate.

The only issue we had was that the smoke alarm went off a little bit too easily (one in kitchen and one outside en-suite bathroom on top floor) - however at least we knew we would be safe if there had been a fire

There is additional registration information required by the management company. This was unusual and felt a bit excessive. Eventually found a compromise as booking.com already addressed most of this.

Lovely property in a very pleasant village. Very well maintained. Quick response to questions or issues. Good Co-op grocery store within walking distance. Nice local pub a short walk away. Would happily visit again. Very quiet and peaceful in the evening.

3 lovely en-suite rooms ( beautiful attic room) open plan kitchen lounge cots high chair and stair gates all set up ready lovely touch of a bottle of Prosecco warm on arrival although on the road parking was easy and always available

There was a rogue mug in the cupboard that wasn't washed with lipstick on the rim and heavy tea/coffee stains inside. A little off-putting but everything else seemed OK throughout our stay.
