Very minor but key code only worked after our estimated arrival time which we didn’t know beforehand - this was quickly resolved by reception staff. Lighting could have been better - was difficult to shave and for the females to do make up in the apartment but not really a big issue.

Modern apartment. Air conditioning, excellent location near all amenities. Reception staff on hand to help us get into the apartment.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and place could have done with a dust but bed sheets were nice and fresh and big white fluffy towels were provided which were lovely.

Excellent location, was a loud street though but that is expected in the city centre. Don’t stay here if you need total silence to sleep! I was expecting noise though so was fine with it. Apartment was equipped with air con which was really great.

The fridge needs replacing, no shelving in main body and door. Needs a coffee table in front if the settee, nothing to put your drink on except the floor.

Location. Accessible for a wheelchair. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Parking next door, (you pay) staff very helpful.

The proximity to the road, cars and people make noise making it hard to sleep at night.

The kitchen could be a little bit better stocked. Not even salt and pepper, no kitchen roll, no oven gloves, no spatula. Only free to air TV available, would have signed into our own Netflix if that app had been available. These are not deal breakers by any means, but a little would have improved our stay a bit. Also, maybe I didn't see clearly, but the photos when booking showed me a roof terrace, but that is a different apartment. It should be made clearer.

Good central location, comfortable apartment. Nice bathroom. Quiet. Good air conditioning, good WiFi. Would stay there again.

The apartments were quite dark so perhaps brighter decor would have helped to lighten the room a bit. Lighting wasn't great for getting ready, doing makeup up etc. A light above the mirror in the hall or a light-up mirror could easily fix that. Slight smell in the corridors and lifts. Also the main front door hadn't been shut properly both days so it meant anyone could have gained access to the apartments which was quite worrying.

Excellent location, flat was lovely - well equipped and comfortable. Good value for money. Girls in reception were really friendly and accommodating.

Maybe a topped up shampoo/gel bottle would be useful, but not a dealbreaker.

Very central location. The apartment was great for a 2-night stay, with plenty of shops/restaurants/bars nearby. Comfy beds, spacious and nice bathroom, and well well-equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend for groups/couples/ solo trips.

It seems to be common these days to have down lights in bathrooms and no mirror lights making it difficult for wet shaving. Hairless architects no doubt.

Went to the wrong building twice so door code didnt work at other doors and wasnt clear where the property was. when we got into the building, the lock box didnt work to get a key out so a member of staff had to come and bring us a key card.

The rooms got quite warm and the aircon didn’t seem to work, so opening the window led to it being quite loud

There's a general look of grubbiness to the apartment. I read a lot of reviews and almost cancelled. We stayed in apartment 38. It was fine. Bedsheets and towels were clean and beds really comfy but it could really do with a spring clean. Entrance hall and stair well is dirty, oven / microwave and kitchen units greasy, ring mark damage, loose tap fittings - nothing gleams - surfaces just need a proper clean! There's just an air of abuse from previous residents and neglect by owners and tbh a bit of a sewery pong. But it's clean in the essential areas.

Good location. Some noise on street but it didn't impact our sleep. Fantastic veranda with large outdoor table and chairs.
